The only good part about this buffet is that the beverage is included in the price with the lunch buffet. On our visit, May 6th 2016, every single dish on the buffet was not being held to a safe food temperature...but assuming we got there at 11:30 we assumed it hadnt been sitting there for hours at that temperature which at least made it safe to eat. Everything on our plates was room temperature and that is no exaggeration whatsoever. The buffet is VERY small, with a limited amount to choose from..what made this worse was the fact that almost every dish that had meat in it was covered i n the same sauce, which was a oddly sour, kinda sweet, twangy, water thin sauce. There was no soup on the buffet which was a bummer & the lomein was so gummy and dry it was hard to get any on your plate. The "dessert" was a peach cobbler that was super bitter and the crust on it was salty....Im assuming that was a dessert. Also, we didnt notice any overly friendly, welcoming attention from the owners like a lot of these other reviews suggest. Should have taken a hint from the fact that there were only 2 other tables of people at 11:30 that this was probably not all that great. The restrooms were filthy and smelled like someone had used the trashcan for a bowel movement, it was that strong. We arent picky people at all, but the 3 of us that ate there couldnt come up with one good thing about this place other than the drink being included in the buffet cost. Would never go back.

Okay, went there with my husband for lunch (Only because Buffet City was closed). When we walked in, there was nobody to seat us for a while. We just stood there wondering if it was even open. Finally a young lady came out and gave us a table. We looked over the menu, there werent a lot of options for lunch time, and the menu also didnt have descriptions of anything. When we ordered, we werent allowed to alter our meal at all. So we settled on something, and the food didnt take long to come out. The food is a hit or miss, I LOVED the fried rice, my husband didnt care for it. The egg drop soup was good, but the little chips you get with it made my stomach ache because they were so oily. Only giving two stars because the waitress was great, and the rice was amazing. The restaurant seemed pretty clean for the most part. Everything else, didnt care for, and we probably wont be back.

First off, it was 20.00 per person for the buffet. Im thinking damn, thats pretty steep, but the reviews were good so what the hell. I immediately saw crab legs and shrimp. Sweet! Then I saw everything else, or lack there of. Why the hell am I paying 20.00 to look at a tray with dried up, crusty sauce at the bottom? Damn, if you arent going to refill the tray at least take it away along with the sign so I dont have to be reminded of what isnt there. The fried scallops were nasty. They have a dish called house special shrimp... I swear it was shrimp cooked in mayonnaise. There were no vegetable dishes. I mean dang, can I get a green bean or something? The waitstaff and owner (?) are friendly but I would have preferred better food. For the price, I wouldnt go back. Ever. Not even if I had a coupon.

This place is absolutely fantastic. Its the best Chinese food that Ive ever had, by far, and its definitely not just your run of the mill take-out/delivery place. I primarily order for delivery, which can take a bit of time during the dinner hours (due to high demand Im guessing), but they always seem to get it to my house faster than the time they quoted for me. The one time I went there for dinner, the service was very nice, and the food was tasty as usual. I forgot the ladys name that always answers the phone, but she always remembers what my favorite meals are, it actually really surprised me the first time she said it.Overall this place has awesome customer service and high quality food.

My wife and I eat here regularly, she is quite the fan and we spend money consistently with this establishment. We placed an order for delivery; egg drop soup and general chicken...simple dishes. The food was on time but when we opened it the general chicken was water logged and the broccoli was yellow and the chicken looked grey. My wifes soup was cold. I call back with a friendly disposition explaining the order and the owner told me "I dont know what you want me to do about it". Really? They will not be getting our return business or referral business.

Do not go here! This place has really gone down hill. I went here with a friend of mine recently and ordered the dinner buffet. I got ice water to drink and when my water arrived I asked for a slice of lemon. I was told that lemon only comes with tea, not water! Seriously?? I always get lemon with my water at every other restaurant I go to and have never had a problem. This is just insane. There is also a very small selection of food on the buffet and everything is cold! I will never return.

We ordered takeout, and the prices were very steep for the amount you get! A large is hardly a large. The sweet and sour chicken was half a pint and the rest was onions. Somebody must have inflated the reviews and rating. Get food elsewhere. They dont offer most things as combo platters, but charge more for the same size entree as other places and only white rice as a side. Not even a single fortune cookie! Shouldve just went to our normal place. Lesson learned.

Really? Drove out of my way to go here because of the good reviews. It is the same sub-par less-than-mediocre Chinese food that I have found at almost every place around here so far. Very disappointed; wanted to write a review telling it like it is so others wouldnt waste the time. Its no better than the hole in the wall thats by your house. I wish I could get my money back -- barely edible.

Szechuan Inn is a great local place. I often have the Buffet. I also like their food to go. My favorite dish to go is the Singapore Rice Noodles (Curry noodles with shrimp, chicken and beef and more). The food at the Buffet is always great and plentiful. The service is always great and friendly.

Not my favorite. Crab Rangoon wad not crispy and the dough was tough. Then the taste was not great on the sesame chicken. Their fry work was not great but the moo goo gai pan was ok. If it was cheaper I might consider an extra star but the price was pretty high.
