The special board had a special listed for five dollars. On the bill, it came up as $6.99. I asked the server, and she confirmed it was a mistake and went to talk to the manager. The manger said that the sign was wrong and did not alter the charge. Im pretty sure this is illegal, but I didnt feel like getting into a fight over two dollars. At the least, its a pretty awful policy that says you dont care about your customers. I was also denied an alcohol sale because of a vertical ID. This is odd.... but I guess you have the right to make any silly policy you want. However, I was told that this was a state law, and that every person in the past who served me with a vertical ID was breaking the law. This was a lie. There is no such law. If you choose to have a strange policy, theres no need to lie about it. However, the food was incredibly good. The experience would have been great if not for the deception and poor customer service (the waitress was very good though).

I ordered a pizza and a mr pibb for delivery to my place of work I asked them to come to the side of the building where the ramp id by the pine trees and be there at 11:25 when I got a break they said no problem. 1125 rolls around they are not there 1130 rolld around No food. At 1137 I call the restaurant to ask where is my food they said theyll be pulling in any minute. I wait another 10 minutes still no food I called again they say its in the lobby I walk all the way to the front of the building to find that pizza delivery guy left my food there without trying to contact me on my cell phone. So I got my pizza with seven minutes remaining of my lunch I didnt even have time to eat a slice by the time I walked back to my car it was time to go back in. Very disappointing

We used to order from here on a regular, over a month ago we had a bad experience they completely messed up our order after waiting over an hour for our food to be delivered it was the wrong food, they took the food back and came back 45 mins later with the food we had originally ordered, it was cold and nasty. I have been told several times that the manager would contact me to fix this issue as I get told this ever single time I call and still no call. I have asked for my money back several times and get told the same thing which is the manager will call me when he comes in. At risk point I refuse to order from there again. Very frustrated with that face that is has been over a month and still no call from the "manager".

I had the lunch special of speghetti with meatballs and side salad. The side salad was ALL iceburg lettace plus a handful of mushrooms and tomatoes (very plain indeed! No flavor whatsoever even with the "Italian" dressing. The speghettti was boring boring boring! the sauce was very thin. The meatballs tasted like the frozen kind I can find in the grocery store...............Now let me tell you about the dinner roles.................boring, white, no flavor! Wheres the garlic bread? Wheres the homemade speghetti sauce? the homemade meatballs? Sorry, but wheres the Italian Touch?

OK....people please listen. This place KNOWS how to make only THE BEST food. Seriously. I have traveled to A LOT of places over the U.S. and Ive never found food like these people make. Their prices are great, the food is incredible, and the service (if you eat in) is truly five star. You will be changed on your thought of good after eating at The Italian Touch.

I would really like to say something nice but I cant because everybody else at the table will serve their food except for me because the girl forgot to put it in computer for the order to be made the glasses so they serve good drink out of were chipped and the waitress came twice to tell me food would be ready soon....but oh well at least I had good company

I had the "Chicken Francees" . It was very good. Basically chicken picatta without the capers! The Linguini Alfredo was very greasy and came with HAM even though we didnt ask for meat. We would have had chicken or shrimp not bits of ham...What the heck ! Overall, good food at s good price and a good-sized portion. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT !!

Nice surprise! We checked in to the Econo lodge off of the highway and found this place just down the street. The service was excellent, the food delicious, and the price reasonable!

The pizza was excellent! Surprisingly good tomatoes and not a long wait. The dessert was good, but ice cream would have made it better. Would recommend and will come again!
