This location is awful. It took an inept staff of 5 just to make my rather simple (and badly made) chicken burrito. At one point during its creation, my burrito was left unwrapped on the prep counter whilst someone went to get sour creme. They promptly forgot about my burrito and within 5 minutes there were 10 people lined up behind me waiting to get their food whilst the sour creme guy was just walking around like he had no care in the world. Regardless of how bad my service and food was, it was better then the friends who came with me as the one who had the steak burrito bowl got severe food poisoning. DONT GO HERE! If you want Chipotle, go the extra mile and hit up the Barracks road location.

Worst Chipotle experience possible. We have eaten at Chipotle for years. The young woman behind the counter was clearly untrained in simple customer service (no eye contact, moving way too fast and not listening) or in Chipotle product standards. Scraping the bottom of the beans she produced a dozen beans (no exaggeration) and asked, is this enough? The carnitas was gristly, the rice was clumpy, the music was clearly there to suit the staff and not the customer. I can see why there were only 2 other customers in the place on a Saturday at lunch time. Will never go there again.

We eat at Chipotle often, and I was very dissapointed in this trip. I ordered three burrito bowls to go, all of which were way underfilled. Two were steak, and both were full of fat and inedible. The other ingredients were not of the quality were used to seeing from Chipotle. Thirty dollars later we were left hungry and dissapointed. Were about to move to the Pantops/Charlottesville area and will not be back.

I often come to this chipotle. I always receive high quality service and never leave disappointed. There is one manager who was working tonight (the 12th) who always goes the extra mile in making sure my food is prepared exactly how I want. He constantly shows outstanding customer service and always has a smile on his face. Thank you for always making my trips to chipotle enjoyable.

Chipotle as a chain has gone downhill since the Niro virus incident. The line workers could pay more attention to the customer and order quality. Inconsistencies in amounts for certain items in a burrito (like extra guacamole on a burrito being about a quarter of the guac as a side).

How hard is it to make a 4 ingredient burrito bowl correctly? This is the 3rd time that you have screwed up the simplest of orders. Ill go deal with the UVA students at the other Chipotle if it means getting a 4 ingredient burrito made with all 4 ingredients.

Chipotle is awesome. This location is terrible. My burrito fell apart as soon as I took it out of the foil. Everything was bland and tasteless. This location is significantly worse than the one at Barracks. The manager should be fired without delay.
