weve order from this establishment on numerous occasions , myself and the office that i work for as well. the restaurant is within walking distance hence the reason we order so often and yet still pay for the delivery fee and the food is okay., i personally always tip no matter what, but for some reason they felt obliged to call back due to no tip or not enough tip being given to the delivery person , the owner or manger who called our office back asking to speak to the person who ordered the food was rude and reprimanded her for not leaving tip which to my understanding is not mandatory. very poor costumer service and i will not be ordering from this establishment in the future.

We ate there probably 3 months ago and my husband and kids still talk about how bad the food was! My hubby and teenager had the stuffed shells; they said the filling tasted grainy, and the sauce was watery. My 9-yr old had the fettucine alfredo (which she normally loves!) and she took about 2 bites and then said "no more!". I tasted it, and it was absolutely flavorless, and very oily. I tried the chicken parmigiana; the chicken was OK, couldve used more cheese, but the sauce was nothing special, tasted like it couldve come out of a can or a jar. Dont think well be going back.

Terrible Italian place. Half Italian then theres Greek, Tex-mex, and American. Gnocchi tasted processed and frozen and the sauce was way too sweet. Chicken cannelloni had no taste for the lake of oil and cream it was sitting in. Dinner salads are the standard american mix of iceburg, carrot, cucumber, and a wedge of tomato. I wont be eating here again. Edit: 2016 While Im still not a fan of many of the dishes, the pizza and calzones are very good, and a good value. Order ahead though if you want it to go, they get very busy in the kitchen.

Clean atmosphere, quick and competent service, horrible food. Seems to have WAY too much emphasis on dirnk specials, happy hour, ladies night, etc. Is this a bar or a restaraunt? Saltinbocca consisted of bland chicken breast with uncooked proscuitto and a pinch of mozzarella on a bed of penne (at least al dente) with a super runny "alfredo" sauce - assembly line "cooking" at its worst. This place needs to figure out if it wants to be a singles bar or a neighborhood eatery. Right now, its a total failure as a resteraunt.

It was my first time here, but I could only order something to go. I had the Italian Hoagie with pasta and Profiteroles for dessert. The hoagie is very flavorful and the Profiteroles are amazing. Ive never had them (or heard of them) before, but I will absolutely order them again. The staff is very friendly and provide exceptional service. Even though I walked in and ordered to go without calling ahead, my order was ready by the time I signed my receipt. I didnt not expect it would be ready so quickly!

As a Italian/American who eats mamas home cooked food every weekend I can tell you this food does not have the authentic italian taste and if you look in the kitchen you can see why. We just left and we had to ask for a new waitress because ours served us our drinks and just kept walking by us as if we were not her table and then had a attitude when we asked for the check. O well no big loss Spanish people cooking italian food is not my idea of a Italian restaurant. Will not see us again.

I am not quite sure how others rates this place so high. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and there was two other people. It took well over 15 minutes get an app to our table. The tomato basil soup looked like Campbells tomato soup with cream and pepper added. The grilled cheese sandwich was pretty nasty and couldnt finish it. Do not waste your time or money here. The staff is what kept this from being a lower review.theu were very prompt and very nice.

The most HORRIBLE Customer Service I have ever had . We had a group order and received a call back from management that the tip was not sufficient when literally this Bella Vita is located 3 min away WALKING from our location . The audacity to call yelling and demanding TIPS is so unprofessional . Never have I eaten from a restaurant and been demanded to give more tip then deserved . Completely disgusted with this food establishment .

Went here a couple of years ago; I advised my dad against doing so, but e didnt listen, and the food analog with the prices we got were a sure show of the punishment we got for that. The bread was drenched in butter and bare chunks of Parmesan cheese, and the spaghetti I got was quite sub-par. If youre going to eat Italian in Manassas, please save yourself a night in the restroom and go to Tonys...

We LOVE this restaurant!!! What a wonderful surprise! We stopped in by chance after reading a review and the food is superb! Ralph had Salmon Josephina and I had the Veal Marsala. Both were excellent. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Atmosphere is very pleasant. Will definitely go back and feel cmfortable taking anyone with us to dine there. Great job Bella Vita!!

Good local place, with a nice atmosphere, and great service. We have been several times, at least 5 and each time the service was warm and friendly, and the food very good. Had scallops tonight that were best ever had. Pizzas are good, but the entres are best. Give it a chance, the food is good, and the menu is large.

I like this place a lot. Very friendly staff, and the owner is usually behind the bar making sure everyone is having a good time. They make everything from scratch, except the pasta. The calamari has a tendency to be chewy, and Im not a huge fan of how they do their garlic bread, but everything else has always been good.

I was really looking forward to my lunch, I ordered the Chicken o Philly. What a waste the bread was so soggy I couldnt pick it up, it was all lettuce, the chicken was very small pieces and was tasteless, not even salt and pepper. I was so disappointed. The french fries had no salt. Worst lunch ever!!

Never a long wait to be seated. Waitress has always been prompt to take our order. The pizza is fantastic! Shrimp pasta was a little bland and the alfredo sauce was on the runny side. Their steak and cheese is pretty good. Perfect amount of cheese melted and mixed the way it should be into the meat.

Was a good place to take our group of 14 for a tasty, informal dinner. They were helpful when we changed our party size a few times. Garlic bread was excellent and all the food was excellent, if rather fatty. Also, service was mediocre but understandable given our size.
