The food was disgusting! We ordered spaghetti for our children, both of whom LOVE spaghetti, neither of them ate their dinner. We tasted it and understood why, it was awful. The service was terrible too. We sat there in our booth for almost 20 minutes waiting for any sort of attention from a server. Then when we got our bill they had charged us extra for meatballs on the childrens dinners. I showed the supervisor in their menu that it states the meatballs are included. The guy disappeared for almost 15 minutes. When he was spotted again he still never came and explained anything to us. The server already ran our card and said it had been corrected. We left a note on the table explaining why we would never be back. DO NOT GO THERE!

The whole pizza pies are a little pricey, but the bar side has friendly, fun vibe, great bartenders and the pizza by the slice with a side salad is easily a decent meal in itself. The pizza is NY style, the size of a dinner plate and with a sprinkling of pepper flakes is delicious! The beer on tap selection is limited to a few domestic light beers and Devils Backbone Vienna lager (my favorite) but the prices are great and a few more selections are offered by bottle. Friday night karaoke is a lot of fun! This is a fun little neighborhood hang-out!

Think of the slowest thing on the planet earth and thats what this place is. Can I give no stars? My grandmother can walk faster then the service and shes dead...... Someone call Gordon Ramsey or something to get this place in check. Bad management equals bad service. So owners of brothers encore if youre reading this..... youre place absolutely sucks. Change your staff or get some guidelines for your staff to follow.

Great Pizza but the Pasta (Linguini?) with clam sauce is amazing. Lots of clam chunks and clear sauce with garlic and a little heat. You can request it be on the spicy side as well. Unbelievable. Tried the same dish in NY Citys little Italy last fall. It was good but seriously couldnt hold a candle to Montclairs own Brothers Encore. I try to have it at least every other month.

Unlikely to return, which is too bad as it is so convenient. Eggplant parm greasy outside, soggy inside. Lobster ravioli blah, not even a little parsley on top to brighten it up. Calamari rubbery and not fresh. Service was fine, a little slow given the number of people in the restaurant.

They only deliver if you live "2min away" its not worth it they pick and choose where they deliver. I think thats not right! The guy in the phone even agreed that it was a dumb rule and had nothing to nice to say about the menu told me " is be better off ordering somewhere else" .......wow

The restaurant has amazing food with a lot of viriaty on the menu. The restaurant also has some really tasty pizza that youll keep ordering because it is the best pizza youll taste in the entire area. The customer service is splendid, everyone that works there is nice and friendly.

Some of their food is the best Ive ever had and some of it wasnt. I highly recommend the carbonara pasta and all the Irish dishes. They also deliver quicker than they tell us. They usually say 45 minutes for the delivery, but they typically get to my house in about 20 minutes.

Typically the food is pretty good. Tonight my wife and I got chicken parm subs to go. I should have checked them before I left, because they put left over chicken strips on a burnt roll with a little sauce and cheese. This was the worst sub I ever had... very disappointing.

No wait time and friendly staff. The food itself was a little lacking. Garlic knots were very good, but the food was drenched in sauce. My daughter ordered the Encore, but it had too much sauce with too much lemon.

Never disappointed. Always good service. Best pizza in the neighborhood. Angel hair pasta with meatballs and sausage good choice. Prices reasonable. We try to support local businesses and theyre one of the best

This is the only local place that offers cabbage rolls. I love the indoor fountain! Fair price, good food. Has a karaoke bar, but it needs additional seating space. Would go more frequently then. Friendly staff.

Everything we got served had been frozen or prepared earlier, my daughter got a soggy piece of pizza with a can of olives dumped on it. The prices were not remotely in line with the quality of food we were given.

Food was good but the kid who took our order had to come back to my wife and I 3 times and asked us to repeat what we had ordered, so the cook is obviously smarter than the waiters

Cannot get enough of this place, the best dang Alfredo sauce Ive ever had. Theres a wishing fountain in the dining area which is odd, but amazing food with large portions!
