Great pizza and Italian food. Whether dining in or carrying out you wont be dissapointed. We have probably eaten close to 50 or more pies from them and are rarely dissapointed. The interior isnt much to write home about, but also doesnt disappoint either. Their pizza tends to be a thinner style crust and feels more authentically Italian to me than what you may find from other pizzerias. Toppings are generally of high quality and tasty. My only small complaint is they are pretty inflexible with their menu specials. Sometimes we ask if they can do a half and half pizza (maybe half meat half supreme) and often are told no. This is a little upsetting, it wouldnt cost them anything to do this, nor would be very hard but they just dont do it. Thats my only real complaint.

the flavor was good. we ordered delivery and it took 1 1/2 hours to get. it was cold and the cheese solidified. when we called to let them know they started saying that the delivery was made a noon. hmm we didnt get till 12:45. they actually argued about it. then finally said what do you want me to do?? hello? what happened to the customer is always right ? needless to say we wont be ordering or even going here any more. oh forgot we were offered a discount on the next order. they can keep their discount cause we wont be using it.

Upon entering the doors, there is typical Italian decor. The wait staff was very friendly and on top of refills even thought they were quite busy. The food however missed the mark. We ordered a margarita pizza..more sauce than anything else, the mozzarella was sparse. It certainly wasnt cut from a fresh ball of mozz, it was the same stuff thats mass produced for your grocery chains. The crust isnt anything to right home about. It is truly unfortunate because I was hoping to find something close to good pizza in Richmond.

The food was better than mediocre but not by much. With a little effort this place has potential, however, we wont be going back to see if that ever happens. Our appetizer came after our food and our waitress completely ignored us. We had to ask another server for our check. When our server brought the check she gave us a lame excuse about getting stuck making salads which is hilarious since she checked the tables around us many times. The service is absolutely terrible. Never again.

Was in Richmond this past weekend for a soccer tournament and Capriccio Italian Restaurant came highly recommended from our hotel staff and others in the area. We were looking for good pizza and subs to be delivered to the hotel as we had 45+ people total. We did not want Dominos or Papa Johns type food. Capriccio DID NOT disappoint. Delivery was on time and all food fixed to our specifications. Everyone in the group seemed to enjoy and all said it was a great choice.

Food is great the customer service sucks the manger, the staff, everyone is rude no appreciation for your service. order almost every week until someone got rude on phone and they messed up my order I called the manger and the manger hung up on me because he said didnt matter food already came and he wasnt sending out another driver!!! POOR service but this pizza is sorta Ny style so I did like it, most everything else was basic;

Worst lunch experience on Broad St. We sat down to a completely empty restaurant. After getting our drinks, we then waited 15 minutes for the waitress to come back and let us know that there was a massive mess in the bathroom that she wasnt even able to clean up. Great to hear right before our order was taken. The food, once it finally did come, was bland and uninteresting. Dont let the low prices fool you, there is no value here.

This is THE BEST PIZZA IN RICHMOND!!! The family who owns this restaurant are wonderful people and they do so many good things for the school where I coach cheerleading. Also, the pizza is just like what Ive had before in New York, the salads are SO good, and I just cant think of anything I wouldnt recommend on the menu! Capriccios Pizza is simply the best and you truly need to eat here!!

The pizza was great, authentic NY style pie. Prices were very reasonable, $16 large combination. Only complaint was the standards. The floors were dirty, broken mirror in the bathroom, dirty tables, and the owners just sitting at the bar watching TV. My concern is this, if they dont care about the customer space, what does the kitchen look like? However, our waitress was friendly.

The pizza is the best Ive ever had, throughout Richmond, AND New Jersey!! There is something different about their sauce, compared to other restaurants. The wait staff is typically friendly, as are the delivery drivers. Every item I have had from their menu, I have not been able to complain about....because it has all been so awesomely delicious. ♡♡♡♡♡

My girlfriend and I order from this place every time I come to visit her. We absolutely love it! Probably the top 2 pizza places in Richmond with Vinnys right there with it. If youre reading this to get a idea of where to eat some good pizza, then look no further. You gotta give this place a chance!

The waitress Summer, was friendly and attentive. The food came out fresh and hot. I didnt have a long wait for my food. The steak, cheese and mushroom sub was delicious. The onions were not soggy or over cooked. I cant wait to come back and try their pizza or other Italian dishes.

Tastes like home! Im from Jersey and have lived in NY for several years. This has made me very, very picky about my pizza. This is some of the more "real" pizza Ive found in the RVA area. The service is just okay but the pizza is awesome- just like it is at a real NY/NJ pizzeria.

The service was great and the food was outstanding! The pizza is thin crust and reminds me of home. This is the closest new york style pizza you will find in Richmond. If you have not tried it I absolutely recommend that you do, You will not be disappointed.

Typical Pizzeria style. The Pizza gets close to meeting my NY cravings. Prices are very reasonable and it is a great spot for the lunch hour to get in and out on time. Clean location and friendly waitstaff. Simple and hits the spot

I was born in NY. I love NY-style pizza, which is hard to find outside of NY/NJ. This is the closest thing Ive found to it since leaving NY/NJ 32 years ago. Thank GOD I found this thin crust, mouth-wateringly delicious slice of heaven.

Great place looks neat. The service is really great. Our server Katy was extremely nice. I ordered personal 10" pizza. Forgot to take picture of it cause was so yummy. We were here before lunch. Seems its popular place for lunch.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Capriccios! Born and raised in Brooklyn and moving to Richmond- I couldnt find a decent slice anywhere until this place came along! Theyre friendly, quick and their pizza is always A-1!
