I just called Manhattan Pizza in Leesburg and asked them to honor a coupon that states free cheese pizza with a regular order of large. I asked them deliver it and they stated it was carry out only. No where does it state that it is carry out only. They have honored it in the past and this time the they said no. We have been long time customer and the manager didnt seem to care. He said basically so what if you are not going to order from us. I stated that I have always done fundraisers etc... but rather than letting me finish my sentence he said " So now you are threatening me? " I actually was not threatening him I was going to ask him just to make an exception because what I have done and organized in the past-- a lot of fundraising events with them. But it doesnt seem that they honor customer loyalty and the manager was just rude. I am giving them a low rating due to their customer service and I wont be supporting them in the future. I will be sharing my experience with everyone in my community. . Amy

Took them an hour and thirty five minutes to get dinner here on a Friday night. Driver was unapologetic at best explaining that they "get busy this time of the night". When I called after an hour I could not get through because the phone was of the hook. When we called back after after an hour and thirty minutes at first they could not find our order (online) but when presented with confirmation number conceded that that didnt know where it was or if it was out for delivery. After receiving the order I called to confirm we had finally gotten it and was told this is common for them. No apologies and an attitude that clearly conveyed I should be happy that I finally received it. Thanks Manhattan, Im convinced that this is the last time Ill be paying for your mediocre food. Clearly you dont need my business.

ordered pizza on a Sunday afternoon for a quick lunch, turned into an absolute disaster! after being quoted 45 minutes for delivery and hour had gone by and still no pizza.. had called to check on order status and the young man on the phone stated he would call the delivery man and find out how long until he would arrive. He called back and told me that he would be there in a few minutes. after another 30 minutes still no pizza. the delivery man finally showed up an hour and 45 minutes later. never again will I order or eat in a manhattan pizzeria. horrible experience and customer service. still waiting to hear back from a manager!

The pizza was good here about a year ago. I ordered recently and received a pizza that was really subpar. I was going to chalk this up to just a bad day/week so I later dropped in to see if Manhattan would cater a birthday party. I was told that the manager was too busy to talk to me, not "Could you give us 5-10 minutes please?," "Why dont we get your number and well call you?," nothing. Needless to say, I went with another pizza vendor instead. That was a huge order that Manhattan shot down. Im not sure if its the management or what, but if I was the owner, I think Id be considering some serious changes.

Had been looking all over Leesburg for a good GYRO. FOUND IT!! Served with a hearty side of fries. If you love hot sauce on your fries, you know there are different types of fries that are good for this and some are not, well these are great for hot sauce. As for the GYRO sandwich, excellent. I could barely finish it. Was loaded with thick slices of gyro meat, and lots of it! The lettuce was crisp and wasnt overloaded with onions. Taziki sauce was tasty, also. The place looks really nice inside, and I will definitely be going back to get some pizza! Great Job Guys!!!

Bill came to $24 for a large pizza and a 2 liter delivered. Pizza was good. Better than the national chains for sure, but not a true NY Neopolitan Pie by any measure. The downfall of this place seems to be their staff. The kid taking orders on the phone was a very poor communicator, he had no idea what a Neopolitan Pizza was and kept telling me that they didnt offer one. The pizza that they delivered to me WAS A NEOPOLITAN PIZZA! CLUELESS! Once you get a taste of those New York/New Jersey pizzas everything else is just seems sub par. Still better than Dominos though...

The pizza is OK. They do slices all day and night, so its convenient for a quick bite. Their dough and crust is good, nice and crisp on the bottom. The cheese is fine. The real problem is the sauce tastes like its straight from a number 10 can. How hard is it to throw some fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil and oregano into a blender with that number 10 can sauce so it doesnt taste like its straight out of the warehouse?

I ordered a cheese pizza last night and( I) made the mistake of not looking at the pizza when I picked it up. When I got home and opened up the pizza box it looked like crust with minimal sauce and even less cheese. For a whopping $14.99 for a cheese pizza I was expecting more. Like CHEESE ON IT! I Called to voice my displeasure and was told will try better next time. THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME.

I actually like the pizza but I am very uncomfortable with the tip jar at the counter and the looks you get from the high school kids at the register if you dont leave a tip. They actually adjusted the position of the jar to make sure i saw it. .I always tip generously for good service but could never quite understand why I should tip somebody that simply provides counter service.

Lets get the negative stuff out of the way: This Pizza Is Pricey. Alright, that was fun! Although I normally order out, this restaurant is consistently one of my favorite pizza places. The food is great, the deliveries are decently fast, and the crust is surprisingly addictive. Worth a shot, especially if you have a coupon. Enjoy!

We ordered online only to find out it was over an hour for delivery for two sandwiches. so, naturally, we called and cancelled. Turns out the message wasnt passed along and an hour and a half later we got food we didnt want. It looked awful. If your going to eat, eat in the restaurant. The foods pricey but decent.

Love the Gyros here and the fries are almost always fresh and piping hot. In fact its one of two meats my 18 month old will actually eat. Husband, who is a pizza snob, actually likes it a lot too. Not the best bathroom and the store gets hot in the summer but we still go 2/3 times a month.

An absolute atrocity. This is one of the few places i have ever had to demand a refund and walk out. 30 min to get the wrong order. Apps were burnt but still sent out to table. Apps came at same time as entree #1(which was wrong), and entree #2 was never delivered.
