The food is so good but its sad that the service is terrible. I use to work at a ledos back in my home town and I couldnt imagine being the type of servers that they have. I came in two weeks ago with my family and ordered two salads appetizers and our meals well the salads never came (which I know from experience the servers make the salads) and our appetizers and meal came at the same time. The worst part was our food came an hour in a half since we had sat down. There were other customers waiting to place their order and the tables were not prebust it took everything out of me to not get up and help out because I love ledos but the service was terrible. And the kicker was I went to pay for my food and charged my card three times. My meal was about 50 and at a pizza restaurant thats a lot of money when I told them about it all they could say was sorry and my money would be returned in three days... Imagine if I didnt have enough money for those three days all in all the food was great but I would never recommend this particular ledos for any or my family and friends

We called ahead and we had a party of 10 for my sons birthday. Heather was our waitress and was doing everything, service was horrible but we felt sorry for her. I got up and even tried helping with refills, food came and was good. I have always tipped very well, at least 20% but I noticed a gratuity charge on bill and Heather told me that she doesnt get the gratuity the management keeps that so I should not count that, after asking manager about it he said she gets the tip, well someone is lying and no one apologized for trying to get more money out of us. Last time I will go here, big partys be aware.

Ordered online. Received an order confirmation email. Waited for an hour, no pizza appeared. When I called, an employee told me that my phone number was invalid so the order was canceled. (I went back to the order confirmation email, the number was correct.) Was put on to speak with a manager, who said that the number was invalid and he tried to call, which he did not, and that he had canceled the order after getting a "This number is not in service" message. I was speaking to him FROM THAT NUMBER and had no missed calls. At no point did anyone apologize in any way. Will go back to Dominos.

None of the beers listed on the happy hour list were available. The Pinot grigio was served warm so we had to have the Chardonnay. I asked what IPAs were available in bottles and was told Amstel light and Stella Artois (neither of which are IPAs). I hate that they advertise a happy hour yet have nothing worth drinking. There pizza is quite food and the waitress was very sweet. I felt bad that she had no customers in the restaurant. They seem to have the same problems as their willow lawn location. Of they focused more on their dining in customers they would have a lot more business.

Ordered lunch for delivery, pizza for 1 order was cold with a lot of onions but little hamburger. 2nd Order of chicken tenders and fries came with a whopping total of 7 waffle fries. Very disappointing. Not to mention that we were charged I think for the uber driver to deliver it which was NOT mentioned on the phone.

The pizza tasted like a barn animals. The calzone was even worse the staff put the wrong toppings inside and the staff was very rude when i asked for another one. The pizza lacked flavor and was dead. I strongly believe that Papa Johns makes a much better pizza for half the price dont bother purchasing.

I love this place!! I get the Ledo Stromboli every time I go, and it hits the spot every time!! It is nicely baked, the dough is always crispy and the cheese inside is so delicious. Hits the spot every time! I have also munched on other peoples orders, and the white pizza I tried was very good also!

Awful! Pizza is not good! Ordered breadsticks that were cold in the middle, and stale. We sent them back. Waiter would not take them off the bill, told us we ordered them so we had to pay for them! Pizza was really really greasy!! Avoid this place!

I really like the food. The servers are so nice and on top of things. But I dont understand why there is no coffee in this place. When I finish an excellent meal, coffee is my dessert. Dont all restaurants have coffee? What a shame!

Take-out took 20 minutes and it wasnt even busy during the lunch hour. My Chipotle chicken sandwich only had a few scraps of chicken and the bread was dry. It was my first and last time there.

The best food for the best price for the best money in town this is the greatest place to eat, if you want quality food in quality customer service this is the best place to eat it

Best pizza in richmond. Tried the calzone today and its offical!!! Its the sauce and the flaky dough they use.
