I placed an order for our kids and my sister placed an order for her kids at the same time to the same address. These were 2 different orders with 2 different credit cards to 2 different people with 2 different phone numbers. This establishment decided to cancel my order without notifying her but still charge her. It took about 45 minutes for the pizza to be delivered 2 miles. I called the restaurant in order to replace the order. I was very calm and nice but explained that if you are going to cancel an order, at least notify the customer, and the pizzeria employee abruptly hung up. Finally, I went to the pizzeria to get things straight and found out that they had charged me for the first order, cancelled that one, and thrown the receipt in the trash. They gave me garlic knots free of charge... Later while any the gym, I received a phone call from an employee (possibly owner) on the phone number that I used to place the order. I was offered a free 9$ pizza if I would remove my bad Yelp review and I declined the offer. That kind of defeats the purpose of yelp. A few days later, I received an email from yelp that my review had been reported and removed for "3rd party content", most likely by the Pizzeria. The pizza was ok, not worth the effort. We will NEVER order from these jerks again. If you make a mistake or a customer has a bad experience, dont try to hide it or bribe them to remove the bad review. Acknowledge the mistake, publicly apologize, and offer to make it right publicly. People can be forgiving...

PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY! I had a cousin order a sub for herself here, and she asked to make sure there was no mozzerella cheese, because she didnt like it. But they ended up giving her the wrong sandwich. So, she asked if she could get a refund, and they denied her, saying that she never said without cheese. My problem with this is that even if she wasnt satisfide with their food, she is intitled to a refund, entirely. Or a remake of the sandwich she wanted. And so I called for her, to ask about said sandwich, and asked for the owners information, or if I could speak to him. Now, she asked the supervisor about this before, and he told her that he would be in the next day. But when I asked, he told me that his information wasnt there and there was no way to get in touch with him. WHAT?! I even asked for an e-mail address! And he said nothing! IVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED IN MY LIFE! I dont know how you guys handle business up in New York, but down here in Leesburg, that is not tolerated! Oh, and by the way? Gyro Chicken Calzone? WAAAAY too much of their dry, frozen bread, and WAAAAAAAY too much cheese. And not a bit of lamb to be found! Thats not a Gyro! Dont lie on a menu and say it is, dangit!

It is a small place, but it has a great feel to it. Very comfortable atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, so dont feel scared to ask questions or say hi. Ive been going here ever since they opened. Theyve made lots of changes and improvements to the restaurant over time. Theyve added new items to the menu, made the menu itself look much cleaner, new logo, and more. The food is vey delicious and its ready in usually within 15 minutes. They always have specials going on. Ive tried their meatball sub, Philly cheese steak, jalapeno poppers (amazing!), meat lovers pizza, chicken wings, calzones, and thats barely even a quarter of their awesome menu!

I am sorry to say that the Margherita was bad, like it was just rolled out solid bread dough with canned pizza sauce poured on it. The mozzarella was rubbery, like it was just sliced off a block of packaged cheese. The baklava was stale and tasted like it was smoked. The chocolate cake was stale and dry. The salad looks fresh, but I havent eaten it yet. I see a container of Italian Dressing in there; It looks a bit gelled, and I am hoping that it wont be "light."

I had lunch at the new yorker this afternoon. First of all I asked if the owner if the call ones were baked or fried when he told me they were baked I told him I had one once that was fried and it was amazing. He then went out of his way to make one for me. It was awesome. The food was top quality and customer service was top notch it was refreshing to eat in a place that cared about the customer as well as the food. Dont waste time anywhere else try it today

It happened that I was driving by the old donuts shop on King st thought to stop by for some donuts found out that this pizzareia took over the old Fractured prune donut shop decided to get a slice of cheese pizza....it was amazing. I havent eat great pizza like that in a long time the staff were very friendly the place was very clean this is the spot for me and I recommend it. Truly, New York style pizza you have to try it yourself.

This is a fantastic resteraunt to bring your family. They also provide excellent service and are extremely friendly! Ive been there numerous times and have had their items ranging from the gyros to the subs and the calzones. All of them have been delicious and I know I will continue to visit this place in the future.

The quality of the pizza is very good. Always hot and crunchy. The flavor of cheese pizza is also very good. They have parking available. Also offer desserts. Bathrooms are clean. They have a TV with soccer, sports or other educational channels. I recommend it. I dont know why it is not more busy.

This place is ridiculously slow and the food is cheap and horrible. It takes too long to prepare a sub at this place let alone have it delivered. Out of sub rolls for a cheese steak!! Come on!!!! Over priced for the quality and service. I will not recommend eating not ordering from here.

I really like the Beef Gyro and Steak & Cheese sub. I would say, this place has the best quality food. They have a special recipe. They make their own Dow and sauce. If you really want to have great food it is the place.great service Clean and well maitianed will be back for more

Delicious pizza and lots of other things. Great to go as a group because you can choose your favorite slice of pizza, get a great Italian sub and salad and feel like youve had a gourmet meal and yet be in a quick in / out, casual atmosphere. Youll like it!
