I wanted to give a better review. In the past Ive enjoyed the pizza quite a bit. Tonight we tried the pub side of the restaurant. Immediately we picked up on a staff issue. It wasnt busy but it took a while to be met by the hostess / bartender / waitress / expediter / busser. She was by herself. It took a while until we saw her again then watched as she tended to a table that arrived after us. Hmmm. She took our drink and food order then the real wait began. We waited as we watched her tend to everything but our drink order. We watched and waited and waited and waited. Everything was a priority over our tea and water. The other table got their drinks (and an app!) Another diner got a drink refill. She started bussing a table, disappeared into the kitchen a couple of times, etc. Drinks never arrived. I cant blame her for trying to make it work. But clearly we were just one too many an item on her long list of things to attend to. So we got up and left.

If I could give no stars for this place, I would. I went with my mother here a few weeks ago after doing some shopping up in Richmond. We are both pizza connoisseurs. Everywhere we go we try pizza. This pizza was so bad I might as well have eaten cardboard for lunch. The pizza sits out on the counter behind glass and they reheat it for you upon ordering. The cheese was rubberized. It resembled that of the pizza the children get at the school cafeteria. The pizza hardly looked fresh at all. Also, where was the sauce? We removed the cheese and there was none to be found. No kidding. The memories of eating here still haunts me. Ive had bad pizza before but never like this. It sat like a rock in my stomach until I prayed for it to be exited from my body. I felt gross.. grosser than when Ive had the grub down the street from me. Also, the price per slice was outrageous for how low quality the pizza is. Save yourself the horror and go somewhere else.

We were originally looking for Chick-fil-A, which we couldnt find. We saw the sign for Two Guys Pizza but didnt expect much. The atmosphere was nice and welcoming, the owner was super friendly and the customers all seemed to love him. Now for the food, holy Jesus. Im not even kidding when I say Id give up Dominoes for this. The first bite made me want to melt. The pizza had the nice crunch that youd want from a thin crust pizza, but filled you like how a fluffy hand tossed pizza should. They had a dozen different slices to chose from or you could just order a full sized pizza. For a restaurant thats still only a year and a half old, you guys are absolutely amazing. When I move out here to Richmond Im going to gain at least 20 pounds because of you guys.

In Richmond for work and first off the guy who answered and took my order was polite, helpful, and he had my name. I was driving back to hotel from work and didnt get chance to look at the menu, and Ryan was informative and recommended the cheese sticks for an app and helped with the pizza sizes.. Second, fast, and I mean FAST delivery and again the guy was nice and actually said thank you for the tip, a rare occurrence now a days. Finally, the pizza and the cheese sticks were both amazing. Hot, fresh, and you can tell they were made from scratch. Be in the area for another month working and without a doubt I will be ordering again. Bravo!

Today was my first time trying this restaurant out. I had the most awesome calzone! I ordered the mozzarella and ricotta calzone and it was delicious! I have tried many places, in many cities and states, and this is in my top two. My co-worker tried the pizza and said it tasted like real New York pizza. What high praise!!! I will definitely be back. The restaurant is nice, the location is perfect and the staff are very courteous. You can tell that they take real pride in their food, their customers and all other aspects of their business. Break the chain and try some really good food made by really good people.

I feel like something has happened to this place since I first came here... The pizzas are still good and great-sized, but the mozzarella sticks, which were my absolutely favorite part of coming here, are greatly diminished in quality... That said, its still really tasty, and the service is fast. Plus apps are half-priced on Sundays and its right next to the theater, so its got convenience going for it. I think they could fix up the seating up front to be a little bit nicer (like it is in the back of the restaurant), and I would really recommend this place as a staple.

These guys are the worst ever Second time I ordered for delivery never got the pizza. Called they could care less about it. I really encourage you to order elsewhere. Wonder how they stay in business. I asked to make sure my card wasnt charged and they told me they werent sure how to void the order and if it was on my card tomorrow to call them. Are you kidding me! Great way to operate a business!

Called in my order and inquired about getting a personal pizza half and half. The person on the phone immediately got an attitude and wouldnt even let me explain that on the website you can build you own personal pizza half and half. When i went to pick up my pizza, i still had to wait and it was undercooked when i got it. The girl at the register was nice but overall it was a bad food experience.

While the stromboli were good, charged us incorrectly verses what menus stated. Pub next door is where you had to go to be served instead of counter service. Not sure if waitress was new or just didnt know how to serve. Brought our food, no silverware, plates, napkins, no condiments like cheese or red peppers. Got up & got ALL these items ourself. Needless to say it was not a positive experience.

We got here right after they closed. They still invited us in and offered us slices they had left. The man was super nice and talked to us about our trip to kings dominion. I was in the mood for ny pizza and had already been to one place that turned us away. So needless to say this really made my day that i was still served and the pizza was AMAZING. Thank you so much.

Ive always seen this pizza joint by the theater and I finally tried it... When I say this is the best pizza ever it is !!!! Omg it is the most amazing slice of pizza Ive ever had!!! I just happened to turn 21 today and bought my first legal beverage here. They are so welcoming and down to earth. Great music and casual comfortable environment ! 5 stars for sure !

White pizza with spinach 18 inch really really good, crew is laid back and friendly. Price is reasonable especially for the area. Quality of pizza was well worth it. Became a repeat. The place itself looks good too. Amended -- all the pizza is really really good. I am willing to say its the best pizza in town. A bit high in price but still worth it.
