To the people of Leesburg, people in the surrounding area, or just people passing through, things you should know about the chipotle. 1. The employees did not seem that interested in making my burrito. They should make the burritos with love and affection but what did I get? I got people who didnt care about my burrito and just put it together like it was meat on a tortilla. The workers seemed more interested in making jokes with their friends instead of helping the paying customers. 2. If you are ever planning on going back then maybe just leave some food on the table because if you come back and there is a really long line of basic white girls (beware of those here) just go pick up the food you left because chances are its still there. Unless you ask them to clean the tables then maybe, just maybe, itll be cleaned up. 3. The quality of the food was not bad but nothing spectacular. The way in which the food was prepared was very sub par. The man who wrapped my burrito at the end was not taking is job that seriously at all. He wrapped it so poorly that there was lettuce peaking out of the top of it. If this establishment is anything like their burrito wrapping skills then it will fall apart in a short period of time.

The first time I came here, they had been open for a few weeks, so most of the kinks should have been worked out, however, the service was beyond appalling. The line was long, which is typical of any Chipotle, but it was NOT moving. It took me about 40 mins to get to the front. The servers were extremely slow and were shouting at each other in an unprofessional way. I played the experience off as a fluke and went there again a few weeks later. I kid you not... My friend was given RAW CHICKEN. Not slightly undercooked.... Raw. Well I dont ever order meat there, so I went there one more time today. They gave us about 1/2 the amount of food the other Chipotle locations give people, but again, I let it slide. But when I took a bite, I discovered that my brown rice was completely undercooked! Its crunchy and unchewable! My husbands is the same. Needless to say, none of my friends or family will ever go the Leesburg Chipotle again!

Who doesnt love chipotle? This one is alright. The staff is hit or miss (some are super awesome and on top of everything and some are the opposite). And Im not talking about those who are being trained. I cant hate on them since they are just learning. There does seem to be a high turnover rate at pretty much every chipotle though but that is to be expected at pretty much any restaurant of this style. Check your online orders! They randomly forget little things and once or twice have completely forgot meat I ordered and payed for. I started checking order in the car before leaving which is a must because I wouldnt want to order online to save time and then have to turn around and spend 15 extra minutes in the car for their mistake. This seems to be normal for every chipotle, though.

I can honestly say I have NEVER visited this Chipotle where wasnt something missing. Its either No cheese, or no lettuce, or, get this...no forks! Eating your steak bowl with a spoon is not my idea of a top notch experience. Except for a very few gold nugget employees, the staff is apathetic at best, shrugging off the inequities of their establishment as "status quo". If this is a franchise the ownership should be revoked, and if this is a chain the general manager should be fire s immediately. Thank the Chipotle gods there is now a shop a few miles down Rt. 7, with Cava a few doors down in case this substandard quality and service becomes infectious.

the employees are very nice but i think maybe management is probably stressing them to PUT AS LESS FOOD ON customers plates as possible. lol because seriously they put a baby like BABYYY scoop of everything.. i have always bought chipotle for my hubby where ever but at this location sucks.. its the first chipotle i seen that does that..... my husband eats alot so when i see them putting LITTLE bit of food on his bowl I ALWAYS have to ask for extra rice extra beans extra everything! ugh its irritating.. but i am very excited because they have opened another chipotle 2 mins away from my job. so i will NEVER have to go to this place ever again

Negative stars! I loved chipoltle. And now I dont think Ill ever be able to eat at one again. Strongly believe I got norovirus from the food. Hadnt really eaten anything else during the window of incubation period. Am sick as a dog, with all the symptoms. I suspect the lettuce and/or corn. Lettuce was bottom of the bin, with multiple employees dipping in. The corn was still defrosting, giving off a liquid into the salad. Should not have eaten it, but I was hungry. Now paying the price. Never again. Reported to health department. Oh, and the line was very long and there were out of more than one thing as others have mentioned. Stay away!

Terrible customer service and food prep. After waiting 30 minutes in a line( that wasnt moving, due to the crackhead teenage employees joking around) the resturaunt didnt have vegetables, chips, and LETTUCE! How do you not have lettuce. When asked why they didnt have these ingredients the teenage employees simply laughed in my face. When asked about the 30 minute wait they responded with,"Thats not accurate." As I waited in the line the imbeciles were inviting their friends into the back of the resturaunt and exchanging numbers. Hire better employees and manage your resturaunts, then maybe people wont get e-coli anymore.

Go to the Ashburn Chipotle. You will get fast(even when the line looks long) friendly service (smiles and professional conversations) with the normal serving portions (without having to ask for extra). Its clean, the steak and chicken are fully cooked (but not dry) with the usual great Chipotle flavor. My family and I were so excited when Chipotle finally came to Leesburg and we have been disappointed every time weve gone to the Leesburg location. Now, I just drive the extra miles to get what Im paying for and looking forward to!!

I waited 25 mins in line just before I even ordered. The thing that pissed me off the most was 2 people got out of the prep line just to talk to the other employees while the rest were talking while they were working. All employees there are slow and if I were the manager there they would have all been fired that night. Go to the Sterling location and learn how to do your job. No one gets out of line, fast paced, and no talking. I never write reviews or complain but this place needs serious help and experience manager on duty.

Cant say anything more than inconsistency; almost every time I go to the Leesburg location, I am let down; no fajitas, burnt chicken, rice as hard as bullets, its kind of ridiculous. At first I thought maybe I went on a bad day or at a bad time of the day, but after MULTIPLE times of having mediocre food, Ive realized its just how this Chipotle is. If you want to have the good kind of Chipotle, go to the Ashburn one off of route seven or go to the Broadlands one. The Leesburg Chipotle needs help....big time.
