This is without a doubt the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Let me start off saying that I love Chipotle. When I lived in Omaha, it was common fare. When I lived in Kansas City, Chipotle was at LEAST once a week. Now that I live in VA, we go often... and the one by my house is great! I work a few minutes from this one, and so it is, by convenience, the best location during work hours. Every person I work with agrees that this location is the worst Chipotle they have ever visited. They skimp on all ingredients, shaking off as much as possible from the spoon for each and every item. When you ask them for extra cheese or some more of something (since they just shook half of the quantity off before putting it on your burrito or bowl), they will give you glares, and SOMETIMES add a TINY bit more. On many occasions, when my co-workers have requested a little more of something, the employees will turn to each other and roll their eyes and speak about my friends in Spanish. (I speak Spanish. Its insulting). If there was another one even remotely nearby, we would never come to this location ever again.

This is the WORST Chipotle I have ever been to. I used to go there about a year ago and it used to be a little bit better. It started getting really bad so I stopped going. I decided to give it another try today after a long time and I got extremely disappointed with the service and the food. For the starters the employees are very greedy with the toppings. Many of the employees are also extremely rude. Most importantly the meat is garbage at this location. I ordered a barbacoa bowl and when I got home I found a big blob of fat in my bowl and thats was it... no edible part attached!

I will always LOVE Chipotle, but this location is a place I stay away from. Every time Ive ever been there, the line is ran by a younger crowd (teens, early 20s?) - that doesnt really matter at all, but it may have something to do with how they horseplay behind the line. Whats more, and worse, is the small portions they try to give you. I shouldnt have to tell you I want more than what resembles a thimble of rice and beans. I shouldnt have to instruct you on the proper portions (when compared to every other location Ive ever been to). Thats ridiculous. So yeah, Ill pass on this location.

Normally I am a huge Chipotle fan and every time I go things are consistent in size, flavor and atmosphere. This location had no beers at all left, the food tasted great as expected but the burrito was small in size and it seemed as if it was loosely rolled by a first timer. The whole thing fell apart in my hands and without a cold beer to wash away my sorrows I left unsatisfied. I love you Chipolte, but after seeing the trash scattered in front of this location and dealing with the loose roll job I think I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the sterling location.

This Chipotle is very consistent. Weve never had a bad meal there. If you like Chipotle (at this point, reviewing a fast food restaurant for the quality of their food is silly), this one is clean and has a nice outside seating area. The portions are pretty large and consistent, though when my daughter orders, they tend to put less food in the burritos than when I do the ordering. They are back to having carnitas, though I dont think they are free-range, antibiotic-free at this point. Still quality is better than most other fast food places.

Its Chipotle so of course the food is amazing! However, the cleanliness and customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. Im not typically one to get bothered by little things, but watching the employee customer interaction is unsettling. The ONLY reason people continue to come here is obviously because its chipotle. Otherwise, hire people that can do their job, keep your establishment clean and be friendly. I mean you work in customer service? Shameful. Worst experience Ive ever had at a chipotle.

Love my Chipotle but this location leaves a bit to be desired. Staff are not the best when it comes to customer interaction and the portion sizes are mediocre. My last "bowl" was a quarter rice, 9 pieces of chicken (yes, I counted. I was a bit ticked off) and the lid fit without any problems (remember having to scrape the cheese and sour cream off the top). Works if you have a deep craving but Ive had better... much better.

Food is good and not as busy lately as it has been... However, they need more staff. The employee at the register was also responsible for refilling soda, ice, utensils, etc., cleaning tables, and emptying the trash. These things were obviously not getting done enough at lunch hour since there was a steady stream of customers (although the line was not out the door like it used to be).

This is the slowest Chipotle Ive ever been to. I cant comment on the food because the two times that Ive tried to go, the line has been wrapped around the building and didnt move in the 10 minutes that I stood in it. I expect there to be a line, however, I also expect for them to service more than 3 people in 10 minutes. I will not be returning.

Its Chipotle...So always expect busy lines during prime meal hours. Staff moves so quick sometimes they dont pay attention to what you are asking for though. Overall normal Chipotle experience. Quick on the assembly line and on the customer to know what they want or to you holding up everyone else. "Sandwich guy in Seinfeld anyone?" LoL

Even when ordering ahead this restaurant is by far one of the rudest I go to. I ordered ahead and please waiting behind me are going ahead of me. I understand the restaurant is busy but the staff needs to help people in the order they arrive. Also I have noticed this location is skimping on portions a lot more than other locations

Chipotle is one of my go to restaurants but I hate going to this location. It is super busy, the workers are rude, and the portions are small most of the time. Even if the store is not busy it still takes forever to get food because the workers are making so many online orders it takes a long time for them to make your order.

Chipotle has burritos - in a wrap or bowl. Very tasty, good value, speedy service. Best of all, they are super supportive of the local schools, especially the high school - offering large percentage contributions on team/school spirit nights without the usual hoops!! You can just tell the cashier what the school/team is!

I love Chipotle! This location is always absurdly busy, but the employees are always very nice. My spouse and I often order online, and our order is always correct and ready on time. The manager at this location is super-nice, too. He always has a smile on his face, no matter how busy it is.
