My husband went in to get salads right before 9 pm. It took him over 25 min to get them not because it was crowded but because they decided not to have lettuce for salads in the beginning of the line. So the guy had to walk down to get lettuce from the end handful by handful. The lettuce was disgusting it was watery wilted and tasted like old lettuce from a Taco Bell taco. I eat at chipotle thinking that I am getting higher quality meats and produce but apparently not. I also thought they cut their own lettuce fresh but nope tonight my husband saw them replenish the lettuce by just opening a bag which explains the quality of the produce. We used to love chipotle but it seems they have gone downhill and after this experience I will think twice

been here many many times as it is close to where i live but theres always something wrong almost everytime i go. first, chicken was not well-cooked. told manager about that and she only gave me a okay thanks word. WTH? Another time, i asked for lettuce in my burrito bowl and 1 piece of lettuce fell out of the bowl. the girl took it and put it in my bowl.. unbelievable!! do you call that hygienic? Also, ive been to many other chipotle locations and I can tell you that this loc doesnt give as much scoop as other chipotle does, so why go to this loc when you can get 30% more portion for the same price at other loc which is only 1-2 mile away?

Although Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants, this is been the worst location Ive been to. I got a burrito bowl with chicken there were bone pieces the chicken, there was a bay leaf from some something, the rice was not fully cooked. When I asked for more chicken I got two small pieces of chicken, and then lettuce I got in very very small portion. I will not be returning to this location again. I stopped asking for guacamole because the amount never equalled the upcharge in price.

Food is great, as always is the case with Chipotle, however what really sets this one apart from the rest is the staff. They are super friendly and will do whatever you ask. Eliott, who I will call by name, is an exceptional employee. He knows me and my family by name, and is ALWAYS in a good mood and has a smile on his face. The staff is why I go to this one, rather than the slightly closer store to my house.

I came to this location for the first time today. I usually love Chipotle. But, I hope Chipotle moves its sofritas to a safe place... not near the carnitas (pork), because I found carnitas in my vegetarian sofritas salad and I lost my appetite. As a vegetarian trying to order what was advertised as vegetarian food... I was really dismayed. Save the sofritas! :(

I love chipotle but I wont eat at this location despite its close proximity to my house. The staff doesnt care and it comes out in the food. The steak is always full of gristle and the portions are typically the tiniest Ive seen. They also close early or open late. I have given them many chances but I cant do it anymore.

Chipotle has always done a good job being consistent, and this place is no different. There is hardly ever a line at this location, even during peek hours - and the team behind the counter does a very good job giving you healthy portions, chatting you up, and are quick in their service.

So as we all know its illegal to false advertise and chipotle says theyre open til ten got there at nine fifteen closed my wife is pregnant so she wasnt to happy as we all when a woman is like that its not good for her to be unhappy thanks for nothing guys shes really full

Bunch.of nasty guys!!!!!! I went in with my son hoping to share bowl with him. Guy told me flatley NO!! when I asked black beans and other veggie on different bowl. He basically threw a thing of salsa at us!!!! Felt embarassed!!! Will never come back!!!

Chipoltes has some of the best mexican food around - and for a good price. Its not soggy like Taco shell. When my wife first brought some home i was a little leary because I hadnt heard of them yet, but that was a couple years ago. Im a believer now.

I have gone here a few times and have always found an open table as well has had great service. I usually get there around the time they open so I havent had to wait in line. They have plenty of parking but not a ton of seating!

Good chipotle. have been going there for 7 years now, food is always consistent. It does get crowded during lunch and dinner hours. The food quality is good and the staff is good. You also get good quantity of rice, and meat.

Service was extremely slow. They also halved the amount of food. Literally, the woman doing the rice and beans filled the spoon and the only put half into the bowl. Same with the chicken and the salsa.

Decent Chipotle. Serves a few Mexican beers. Quality and prices are standard, as is the interior. If you have been go any Chipotle, then you know what to expect. Staff are reasonably nice, too.
