WORST SERVICE EVER!!! We were seated and then ignored for 20 minutes while the waitresses laughed and carried on in a closed section of the restaurant. Other customers came in after us and we seated and serviced. We asked the assistant manager why we were even approached by a service yet and he then decided hed take our order - he was totally incompetent and didnt bring us silverware or anything that went with the meal. So I had to go back up to the counter and ask for him and wait while they looked for him just to get silverware. When we asked for the biscuits that go with the soup - he told us they were all out - even though they were serving them to other tables at that time. And still the waitresses and other employees were sitting in the closed section having their own private party. I normally have great things to say about Bob Evans food and service in all the ones Ive visited across the country - but this one is REALLY letting down the brand. It truly was one of the worst experiences in a restaurant I have ever had. The waitresses and management are completely callous to their customers and treat them with total contempt!!! This is not the quality I have experienced at other Bob Evans. Low quality food and poor service. I ordered Wildfire Chicken Salad. The salad greens were beginning to brown and the whole salad was wilting as if it had been sitting out for awhile. The fried chicken was cold and wasnt fresh...again as if it had been prepared earlier. The presentation was sloppy and there was barbecue sauce smeared across the edges of the plate. And in addition the service was poor - I was served and my waitress returned only to present the check.

For just myself, to wait more than 6mn to be greeted & seated, w/1 person waiting for take-out... thus 3 stars. One waitress seems to vanish at times or try to look for some direction, as to pass over time. Another waiter talks constantly w/a regular (life story), while there is a line 4 couples & 3 singles long. Emily was my waitress. And she was above great service. She seems to walk circles around everyone here! Her attention to customer service & filling in where needed shows her initiative to help others!

Food is hit or miss. 9 out of 10 times, the food is excellent, hot and fresh, my latest visit was the 1 out of 10 where the bacon was chewy and the sausage was not fresh tasting. Service is normally really good and our waitress was very attentive on our last visit correcting a mis-made plate without issue and quickly.

Relaxing after church meal. Very affordable and everyone liked their food. We were there almost two hours, so the service was a little slow but we werent in a rush anyway and they were busy. If you have the time its a great family restaurant.

I always have had a great experience here. The breakfast meats are on point, especially the sausage. The staff has always been friendly, and there is usually plenty of parking, and not much of a wait.
