Went with a friend to order salads to go. Ordered at 19:17. Nothing crazy... just chicken and spinach. Sat around and waited till 19:50. Finally got my salad. Paid and sat to the side while my friend waited. We waited another ten minutes (20:00). He paid. Asked for dressing, which they didnt include at first. I decided to check mine as well. No dressing. Also, I had cucumbers which I asked to have removed from the salad I chose. All in all... 1 hour spent for a salad that was wrong, with no dressing, and paid full price. A man came in while we were waiting, sat down, ate an entire meal alone and left before we were done. The time coupled with the poor service, lack of communication, and incorrect food order makes this a never return location for me. I truly hope this isnt the experience everyone gets, but it was bad enough for me to convince me to never return. Oh well.

Bob Evans must have had the beetis, because this place has the widest variety of beetis friendly meals. Sir Wilford Brimley probably gets his Quaker Oats here on the reg because it is so beetis friendly. Biscuits and gravy, CHECK! Belgian waffles with rivers of syrup, CHECK! Scrambled eggs loaded with salt, CHECK! Ice cream sundaes, CHECK! FULL ON AWESOME!!! Just an FYI, there is a minimum age on Sunday brunches. I believe the age minimum is 80, but you should call your local Robert Evans and find out. Remember... Jesus loves you; just not as much as he loves me.

We always have a good meal. We enjoy going for breakfast/brunch. My biggest complaint was a recent visit where we tried to use a coupon. I should have known better, but the coupon was a bit deceptive. Nothing on the front of the coupon said it was only good Monday - Saturday, you had to read the really small print on the back to see it was not valid on Sundays. We enjoyed the food, but felt deceived. Technically the coupon stated the rules, you just needed a magnifying glass to know it.

I went to Bob Evans today really hungry and I had to wait 20 minutes to be seated and then wait 30 minutes to order a coffee then it took 10 minutes to to get the coffee cold so then I ordered French toast and I waited 45 minutes and I asked for the Manger what was going on and he said that they just started to make my food and I said that I was leaving while I was leaving I saw somebody that came there after me hot their food I will not be coming to Bob Evans any time soon

for service no teamwork & they have been out of ham for 4 weeks whats that about. Not going back this use to be a vary good place. 8/7/11 Update it seems that they did not run out of ham it was a choice made higher up not to carry the more healthy ham slice forcing people to choose the less healthy Bacon Seams that corporate is making short term economic dessions rather than long term ones to keep customers happy,healthy and continued return business.

Absolutely the worst Bob Evans I have EVER been to, the cooking was Horrendous. Honestly, I never knew a Bob Evans could be so Awful. Brought family here because of coupons, telling them how good Bob Evans is. Made me look bad because IT WAS BAD, Nothing was prepared right ..Chef Ramsey needs to visit this place and smack the manager around and put his foot up the cooks rear end. Id do it, but I dont want to be arrested.

I have only come hear at lunch time and have always had good service and food. I think the Chantiily Bob Evans is the only one that is not on my list to return to in my area. Food and service were outstanding. Sausage gravy and biscuits were hot and delicious as well as the sunshine skillet. A co-worker worker had the country fried steak and he said it was prepared well and was tasty.

Me and my husband just started coming to this restaurant since its very close to our house, and all I can say its wow, the people have been so nice! They are have wonderful quick staff! And the food was delicious specially their farm chicken sandwich on ciabatta bread. We sometimes order pick up, and its ready when we get there... They always give us coupons! Its a great place

My father ordered a half turkey thanksgiving dinner special from Bob Evans and although the side portions seemed to be enough for three people, there was only white meat! A half of turkey should also include a drumstick, wing and some dark meat. Bob Evans misrepresents what you actually get in these dinners. We will never order from them again.

Food is really good. The wait to get it is long and if you see your waitress before or after you order and get your food your lucky. Problem is when i stop in the place has 10 tables with customers and 4 or 5 wait staff. There is no excuse. Poorly managed .

My family has been eating here for years. Today was my first time in. Excellent food, amazing service, a good atmosphere. Our server always kept my coffee fresh, and the hash browns were on point. I will definitely be having breakfast here more often.
