The hallmarks of a great diner are all at Browncroft Family Restaurant. Good breakfast, served hot, great staff and service, relatively inexpensive. The food is always hot and served quickly, wide range of choices . Staff is kind and cheerful regardless if youre a regular or not. Everybody is very laid back and its a great casual place to as a family or group of friends. They like all age groups there, from my college friends and I who would catch an early breakfast before each of us went off to work (or got off if we were coming of a night shift) to older folks who have been going there years. I highly recommend this place!

"If its not broke, dont fix it" is what comes to my mind when I go to Browncroft Diner. All of the classic diner options prepared fresh and quick at very reasonable prices. I have been here countless times and never got a bad meal. Somehow they can make any basic breakfast option better than most other diners around Rochester. To top it off, the servers are always exceptionally friendly. Easily my favorite diner around.

This place is always good. We go there quite a bit for breakfast. Food is good, service is good and very prompt. And you will not find better prices for a great breakfast. We have never had a bad experience

Good place for breakfast. Always excellent service. But please learn how to brown the hash browns. Dont shake on paprika and pretend they arent still on the raw side and crunchy.
