Great service but as someone who has worked with the Dept. Of Health I was not satisfied with cleanliness. The floor is very sticky like it has never been mopped which is a sign when looking for how a business feels about cleanliness. Also an employee used the bathroom and did not wash their hands. My colleague who actually currently works at VDH was waiting outside the door to use that restroom & never heard the water come on while waiting for. Not to mention their hands were completely dry, no paper towels.We all watched to make sure this employee would not be touching our food.We decided to check out this place on our own after hearing mixed reviews, good quality food, cleanliness questionable. Also be mindful where you park as it is limited we had Government decals so we were not worried about towing. Our other colleague was in a law enforcement vehicle.The other shop owner left us alone once she saw our vehicles.

After hearing some good reviews about this location my mom and I decided to try it out. We were excited to try the delivery service since they adverstise "fast delivery." thats a complete lie. I called to place my prder and they said itd be 45 mintues before they could get my food to me. Since I had things to do I agreed but thought it ws absurd that there was that long of a wait for a burger. Sadly I waited over an hour with no one showing up with food. I had to call to find out where it was and was told "oh the driver left awhile ago." The food arrived 30 minutes late and was cold and soggy. It was terrible and too pricey for the wait and taste. Pretty disappointing

Amazing customer service and delicious food! I was part of a larger pick up order and had a complaint about the portion size of one of my "shareable" items I ordered when my coworker got back to the office. I have eaten at/from the other locations before and never had this issue so I called and I spoke with the Manager, Andrew, and he sent a guy out to my location with more with out even a hesitation! The delivery guy was very nice and patient with us (not the usual grump from other delivery places). This is my second time ordering from this location and both times I have thoroughly enjoyed my meal, thank you!!

This location is 1 of 3 in the Richmond area. Its very small and has a mom and pop feel. They allowed my husband to build his own type of burger when it wasnt on the menu. The food was prepared quickly! Apparently, the server stated the food is normally prepared quicker so we got a coupon off our food for our next visit. It was very nice of them. The food was very good! They have great burgers that taste like a state burger. The seasoning on the fries was delicious. They had a few beers on tab as well as great fountain soda! I highly recommend trying this place out. Our experience was great!

This place is absolutely delicious. The loaded fries were to die for and the burgers were exquisite. They also have cookies and brownies upfront, i got a brownie (big) and it was VERY good. This place is just all around awesome. It was $36 for my husband and i to have 2 burgers, 1 large order of loaded fries, a brownie and 2 32oz sodas. We added bacon to my burger and jalapenos to the fries. But the price is definitely worth it, you will not be disappointed!

I like a regular practice of ordering side dishes from CB&F and find that my experiences with delivery tend to be far, far better at the Lakeside location than the Carytown one, and am forever pleased when I order from here.
