All these reviews about the food not tasting good...not sure what theyre ordering but so far we havent had anything we didnt enjoy. Weve been here 4 times already, and have probably waited 5-15 minutes on our food at the window BUT the food is always delicious. Which is what keeps us coming back. Yesterday we swung by during a busy time and waited in the drive thru line for a good while, but at the window our cashier Kiera was wonderful. She was all smiles and apologized for our wait, gave us a discount as she saw my husband was in uniform, and when we pulled away she thanked us for being patient and told us to have a great day. I know that all sounds funny to write about since its whats supposed to happen at restaurants..but it doesnt. Especially fast food. We usually get the "could care less" employee counting the minutes till theyre off at most places, but so far Panda Express has had kind workers. The food is damn good and weve had good service so well continue to come back.

April 2017: Still a 3 star. Food is well prepared but they are usually out of something. They do compensate by giving free drinks, but twice this week out of two visits they had to give us free drinks. Repeated our order twice to lady fixing it and was still wrong. Be prepared to wait and check your order! April 2016: Much better than when it opened. The food is consistent and you can get some relatively healthy dishes. The mixed vegetables were well seasoned and crisp. The honey walnut shrimp had lots of walnuts and the shrimp were okay. Beijing beef was tasty but a little too breaded. I also love the unsweetened Panda Passion tea, even though it has no passion fruit flavoring but strawberry and guidance instead. Definitely will go back, may up my rating if it is still good.

Honestly this was my first time going to Panda Express and it was not that impressive. Let me start off by saying that there was a misunderstanding with the choice of rice. My brother ordered white rice and they gave him fried rice and when we told the woman that that it was a mix up she dumped the old rice and placed it on the hot new batch of rice. Then it comes to actually ordering, while the people were nice the food was not so nice. The noodles were very dry and the rice was very dry as well. Along with the fortune cookies. To be honest I dont see what the big rave is about.

Overall its not a bad place to eat. The food is pretty good and the portions are actually very large for the price. The fried rice was not great and neither are their egg rolls but I really like the orange chicken and honey sesame chicken. I suppose it depends on what you get. Ive noticed when I went that the lines are really long (inside and outside) so I suggest the online ordering.

Every time I go to this panda express I always have to wait because they are out of orange chicken or rice. So I end up paying first, only to wait longer because the employees dont pay attention. I have to remind them that I am still waiting on my food. This happens every time!! This last time they also forgot the fortune cookies. The food is mediocre and the service is horrible.

Its been a bit since I was here...came in twice over a couple weeks recently though and things are doing really well. The workers are incredibly friendly and seem very good at their work. The food was done really well, the portions were great, the tea was on point(a common weak spot at places like this) overall I would recommend it at least while this team is working here.

Ive been here twice, once inside and once at the drive through. Both times the food was excellent and I received generous portions of everything. Wait time was negligible. They even offer 10% military discount. I dont know where the rest of the reviewers went but it wasnt here. In an area with mostly mediocre chinese places, this is well worth the price.

The service was quick! The restaurant, restrooms, and parking lot are kept neat and clean. The portions were not even. I had 3 entrees and I got way more of 1 than the other 2. And I asked for half rice/half noodles and I received a ton of rice and hardly any noodles. Other than that. I was pretty pleased.

Consistently good. Sometimes you have to wait for something to be cooked but it always tastes fresh. Havent once gotten served something that seemed like it had been sitting out, a common problem with this style restraunt. Dont get me wrong, its still fast food, but for what it is category wise, 5 stars.

Ordered broccoli beef, it came to $5.59 and ordered it to go. Got home opened it up and discovered that it was cold to the touch, and contained two small pieces of beef, along with some extremely overcooked broccoli. Worst Chinese Ive ever had, if I would have eaten in I would have returned the food.

Customer service is always good, and the workers always ask if youd like to try a sample of something. Very nice and clean atmosphere. Now if only their restrooms had paper towels and a trash can... be sure to take some napkins into the restroom with you if dont want to touch the door handle.

Theres nothing Express about this place. I went in at lunch time and the line was out the door because it took them so long to get your food and take your money. It was probably 10+ minutes of just standing in line. Then when I sat down, the food was just OK. Will definitely not be going back.

Both versions of rice they have are dried out. Service takes too long. Everything else tastes the same. Its the McDonalds of Chinese restaurants. There is a reason why the local Chinese restaurants have not been killed off yet from this place.

Ive been here a few times, one time the rice was just terrible. It was super hard. The. There has been several times the drive through is closed down. Very inconvenient for me at the times I come through. Great costumer service though!

Its good enough. Its not the best chi-merican food even in the same block but a focused menu with plenty of options for sides and quick service makes this place a lot better than what the other reviews are making it out to be.

Staff is very very nice and try to make u feel welcome. Food on the other hand no so good. Just dont have the made to order good taste. But if you wanna get food quick this is the spot. But again the food freshness is poor

Excellent place to get "upscale" Chinese food. Slightly expensive, but worth the cost. Big selection of different products to add to your eating tastes. Crowded at lunch time but otherwise you can be in and out in 5 min

Was the food sitting out too long or just over-cooked? Theyll give you the last two spring rolls right before fresh ones come out instead of offering to wait. No ice in machine and nobody cares. But relatively clean.

Honestly I never experienced anything thing bad about this Panda Express. Every time I come here the place is clean, customer service is superb, and the food is delicious. It is definitely a must go for Chinese food.
