This Red Robin is great. I consistently come here and every time, whether packed or empty, I have had a great experience. We walk in and was greeted with a smile and seated promptly. Our waitress, (the awesome) Julie R, came up and began to take our order. I ordered the onion ring shorty and the Royal Red Robin. She submitted our order and came directly back with our drinks. The onion ring shorty came out and in was yummy. I like the orange sauce that came with it. I could do without the ranch sauce that comes with it. With all these sauces, I, without fail, drop some on my shirt. I started to wipe it up and, (the awesome sauce) Julie R, gave me more napkins and fill my glass, all in one swoop! Color me impressed. The burgers came, as requested. The egg that was on my burger was cooked perfectly. It was very tasty. Julie R continue to come and check on us, throughout the meal. She asked if we needed anything else and promptly gave us the check. All in all, if you want a family friendly place, with some of the greatest service Ive ever had, come to this Red Robin! Youll be glad you did. P.S.: Some of the best waitresses Ive had are: Julie R and Lidia (back in 12/21/2013) I definitely love Lidia!

Ive been to Red Robin on 2 occasions and I remain unimpressed. On my last visit, I had the simple bacon cheeseburger and the bacon was chewy, not even crispy. I like that they offer a variety of burgers to choose from, but at about $10 a burger, I was expecting a lot more. They are certainly not better than Five Guys. As a matter of fact, Ive had better burgers that cost less at Hardees. The "bottomless" fries are ok, but nothing thats going to draw me back to the restaurant. Some hot, fresh McDonalds fries are better any day. Service was decent, but the waittress had to refill my drink several times due to the size of the glasses and the amount of ice they use. If Red Robin were to lower their prices to maybe $6 or $7, might be willing to go back to try some of their other selections. However, as it stands, I know I can go somewhere like Five Guys and get a better tasting burger for less. They dont offer "bottomless" fries, but they usually give you enough to fill the paper bag.

Waitress was strung out. Didnt know the options for subs for fries. We ordered two wedge salads and two burgers with fries. We got one salad served (rather thrown on the table), no salad dressing and no silverware. When I asked a staff member for a fork and knife, he asked if I really needed it. Never did bring it. I saw him joking about it with his homeboy. Then I asked for a manager, and told him of the terrible service. I them told him I was going to another restaurant and was leaving. We went to the red robin in short pump and were treated with respect. I specifically told him who refused to give me silverware. Im not a neanderthal, I do have proper manners. If I wanted rude service I can go to McDonalds. I drove 40 miles to leave with no meal. This should really be ZERO stars.

Ok so Im not a huge fan of red robin because, frankly, I think Five Guys makes a better burger. However, Im giving it four stars because I love - and I mean, absolutely LOVE- the service. I appreciate it when employees and managers want to make their customers happy. It has a good atmosphere and when Im at work and sick and just want some soup with some flatbread, they are the place I go. They gladly gave me extra flatbread when I was sick because it was one of the only things I could eat. When I pleaded for some extra flatbread the manager let me decide how many extra I wanted and gave me that many instead of just putting in just a couple extra pieces. It might sound like a small thing but it endeared them to me.

I got $20 reward points visiting five times in my first five weeks. I used $10 burger by my reward points on 12/9/2014 and I found the lady cahier on the bar used my $20 reward points without any notice and explanation. She even did not ask me for any ketchup and sauces. It seems like they do not like serving any free food using customers reward points. I had free shake in my rewards, no one asked me and provided free shake during I visited three times. I realized this the way how to treat their customers and there was no such thing as "Business Ethics" in big franchise company. This shameful experiences in Red Robins made me stay away in any Red Robins restaurants.

Just left Red Robin at 9:13 march 13 2017 I dont remember her name but I had the worst server in a while ...she never checked on us ...I had bottomless fries n apparently asking for fries was a problem getting 6-10 fries a trey I guess...she had an attitude the whole time and that was the only the 2 times we seen her because we was such an inconvenience to her with only 7 tables with people on them...I only been to Red Robin 2 times in my 26 years and this has stopped me from ever going to Red Robin ever again..well ad least this one....shes lucky I gave her a tip with her heavy breathing so busy at what ever she was doing and Im sitting over her dying of thirst

I used to go here a all the time, and loved it. Love their bottomless fries, I could snack on those all day. They also serve some pretty good soups and wraps, which is what I usually order. My boyfriend typically gets the burger and he seems to like it fine, and personally I think it looks good. Have yet to order one, so unable to say for myself though. Service it usually good here as well.

Lately this location has been very inconsistent, for example tonight it was less than half empty and very slow. We were served cold fries, then super salty fries, then fries that smelled and tasted not right. Waitress was nice but the food was not too good. Would have been better off at a fast food joint unfortunately. Red Robin is generally good, but this location is poorly run.

The burgers are great. The servers have all been very friendly and happy to help. But the wait times to get the food are just out of control. Way to long when I can just walk right out the door and pick from 10 other places that can take my order and have my food to me in a quarter of the time it takes here. I have passed up eating here many times because of it.

Very busy Sunday from 2-3. Sat at bar-ordered A.I.Peppercorn burger, fries, and tea=$18 (inc tip). Burger really good. Gries nice (bottomless). Had 2 ask gor napkins & silverware. No napkins at bar or tables. Higher $ than Hooters. Nearby Hooters has better service. Multiple servers involved with my meal = leaves u wondering "who is my waitstaff"?

Decent burgers, unlimited fries. Odd that they would run out of a standard beer like Miller lite, not for me but for my friend, but whatever. The burgers are actually small, as in the diameter of a McDonalds cheese burger. I would think a resutarant where their thing is burgers would make a decent size burger.
