Absolutely THEE WORST Burger king that I have ever been to!!!! I am a local resident in the area and unfortunately this is the closest location to me. I have had three visits and all three were horrible. They are way understaffed so the service is extremely slow, it also doesnt help that there is constant personal conversation going on between employees instead of physically working. The first visit I ordered a sandwich and fries, simple order right? Wrong!! The person in front of me and myself were both told to pull out of the drive thru to the side and wait for our orders to be brought out to us. He was alone so i assumed that his order was small also, plus one couple was inside eating, no one else. Almost 10 minutes later our orders came out. The second visit I had my child with me so I ordered for the both of us, once again we were left waiting almost 10 minutes for two burgers and a small fry. Through the drive thru window I could see them just standing around laughing and carrying on like high school teens. This angered me so I knocked on the window to see why it took so long for three items and the female worker proceeded to get nasty with me. I finally got our food,told her about herself and left. The third visit was the same as usual, long wait for two items, also the fries were cold and chewy. Strike three youre out!! I will go out of my way to another location from now on.

Laughable. Period. One cashier looked and moved as if he were on drugs or maybe just didnt care to be there. Dragging his feet as if his customer had nothing better to do than watch his snail impression. The cashier who took my simple $1.05 order was smug, unsmiling, downright rude and had the nerve to say "youre welcome" when I certainly didnt thank her nor she me. The woman who appeared to be the manager had on a uniform that was dirty and obviously NOT clean at the beginning of the day and looked like she slept in it. Of these 3 people only 1 wore a name tag and were wearing 3 different uniforms. The best thing about it was the barely edible hamburger I was given. The mustard was clobbed on so heavy there was as much outside the bun as inside. I will never patronize any Burger King again, anywhere.

Best BK Ive been too. As a manager at Wendys I often find myself judging other food places when I eat out. All the previous BKs I have been too had terrible service with rude managers and got my order wrong. This BK however had friendly service (both the register operator and manager), my order was read back to me to make sure it was correct the food was up in about 3 minutes and was hot. They hadnt gotten my 10 piece though, they apologized and after seeing that there was a wait on the Nuggets told me to sit down and they would bring it out when they came up. Which the manager did this and was very nice when doing so. The only issues with this place is the restaurant itself being a outdated.

I had to walk past 5 or 6 dirty tables to find the cleanest one to sit at, and even it wasnt so great. Burger was made correctly, but the fries were a little tepid. $8.05 for a medium Whopper meal. The minimum wage isnt $15 an hour yet...jeezus.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes worker mopping the lobby never told anyone I was standing there. The men in back said yes 1 hour to go and we can get out of here..never once checked on the front . Walked out without ordering going to McDonalds

They got room for a few trucks which is the only reason I stop here. Their prices are high, and the coke is not mixed well, which is normal for a Burger King. Its a little messy, too. They are friendly, to be fair.
