Ordered food at 9:29pm via Beyond Menu App. I called at 10:30p to find out status of delivery. Told "we dont have your order" then that they did and asked if I wanted a credit or food. I asked for the food and told would make it and send out asap. I called again at 12 am to find out status again. Told delivery driver was out, then that he left my food there and the guy said "he left it here, Im looking right at it." Then told it would be an additional 30 mins to get food and offered credit of price paid plus $10 if I wanted that instead. I said I wanted the food AGAIN and I was told it would be coming in 20 mins. Then received call from "manager" who told me the food was never made, then said that someone else got my salad and other stuff ordered when it was supposed to come to me. Then told again that food was never made and he can only do the credit previously discussed and after giving me excuses about him wanting to go home because they were supposed to close at 11p, I was hung up on. I called back and asked if I was hung up on to which he replied, "we do that often, the phones are older than me and if I dont hear you saying anything, I hang up and people usually call back." Seriously?!?!?! So, I could have been told to order dinner somewhere else 3 hours ago. I was told the food was there and ready to go, then that it wasnt. I was hung up on. This is the WORST idea of "customer service" Ive ever known!!! And because YOU are terrible at making customers a priority, I dont get to eat tonight. After waiting 3 friggin hours....I am left hungry and pissed. DONT ORDER FOOD AT NIGHT FROM HERE!! ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY ARE "LOW STAFFED" THEY WILL NOT MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR FOOD NOR WILL THEY CALL YOU SO YOU CAN ORDER SOMETHING FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE! Had I never called them to begin with to find out where my food was, I would have NEVER known! I would have been left waiting!! Bullshit operations.

I was greeted on the phone with what had to be the best customer service. It is New Years Day and this guys seemed like he was the happiest guy even though I am sure there are a million other places he would wanna be. When I picked up the pizza everyone was so awesome and friendly. As I sat down to eat my pineapple pizza to my vegetarian surprise I had a pizza covered in chicken. I know mistakes happen and thats fine. That isnt even why I am writing this review. Up until this point I have expressed the outstanding service. I called them back to see if my pizza was still there. Apparently the delivery guy, as I was informed hasnt made a mistake in 30 years. He was rude and in utter disbelief I could have the wrong pizza. I didnt blame him or even think he had anything to do with the mix up (I did not use his pizza delivery services I picked it up) I just wanted to eat my pizza and wanted to know if I could come back or if it would be 20 more minuets. So my advice would be - do what it takes to make the customer happy in problem solving with out placing blame. Because now I am extremely annoyed by how this guy talked to me. I can tell that our conversation is not what the owner would be proud of, next time I may as well go to little Caesars.

Have ordered from them a few times and its been good until last night. Now I understand mistakes happen but when I am paying a premium price for a pizza I expect it to be correct and I expect the customer service to be exceptional. We ordered a white pizza with various toppings for delivery; waited about 45 minutes for delivery which is expected but opened the box to find just a regular pizza with the toppings we ordered. Receipt read our order correctly but the pizza itself was wrong. My boyfriend called and was offered a replacement pizza or a credit; we took the credit as it was already late and I was not prepared to wait another 45 minutes to an hour. All would have been fine except the pizza we received was awful, it tasted like garbage and I refused to eat it. I contacted them again and expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund. My request fell on deaf ears and I am being forced to contact my bank to dispute the $25.

I almost didnt purchase from here after reading the reviews but thought I should give them a chance. Wish I hadnt. The girl on the phone muffled her words had to ask her 3 times to repeat herself. Waited an hr and 40 min for my food, I was told it would be delivered in less then an hr. I called after an hr and 20 min asking if it was on its way, I was put on hold for 2 min then was told it was on its way right now, offered no apology for the delay. I only live .8 miles away waited over 20 min after calling. The food would have been great if it wasnt room temperature. The delivery guy was friendly and apologized saying that a different delivery guy said he would deliver the pizza so they though it was delivered. If i hadnt called I wouldnt have gotten anything! Whoever is managing this place is not cut out for it- HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Worst delivery service ever. Ordered from them over a month ago, took over 2 hours to deliver an order I was told would take 45 minutes. I was told they would take care of it and make it right. No discount no nothing. Tried again tonight, again took over 2 hours to with still no delivery for an order that was supposed to take 30 minutes. Called twice to get an update was told first the driver left 5 minutes ago. 2nd call was 45 minutes later and told they would discount the meal. Thirty minutes later I called and just canceled the order. It should not take 2 hours and 30 minutes plus to get a salad, sub and fried side. Especially when I was told the driver left over an hour ago. As much as we love the food at Chester Cab we will not be ordering again.

I never write a review but I have too. Delivery was 30 min past the projected hour wait. My garbage plate was nothing more than luke warm fries, a can of beans and two small no flavor burgers. That was it. No meat sauce or nothing else. It was garbage and certainly not worth 12 dollars. Looked nothing like the photo on the site. Not even close. Pizza was nothing like I remember it. I have not been there in 6 years but something needs to be changed. The garlic bread was good after you scrap the millions of garlic pieces off it. Seriously, melt the garlic in the butter. It seems weird that someone in that store signed off on this order after looking at it. They would have gotten at $600 this year but I will not be back. Remember, I warned you kids.

Zero stars if possible!!!!!! My offices food was 75 minutes late! They wouldnt even offer us free food. Then they forgot the receipts and the delivery moron brought them back and starting harrassing me in a waiting room full of patients. He was totally unprofessional and rude. Seriously?? No free food and you were 75 minutes late??? The delivery guy was an a**hole, half the order was wrong. No onions = onions apparently. They ran out of sausage at 11:30 in the morning, Boneless wings have bones in them and no fries come with the order when they are supposed to. I can not beleive the awful customer service. I was hung up on twice too. Please order food from somewhere else.
