Oh stop ur complaining. Its people like u stephon carter that ruins pizzahut name. If u was even telling the truth which u r not I see ur posting is only 4 months old. Well hate to tell u they ripped out the salad bar about a yr ago. When someone tells u that there is an additional wait if u walk in the door and add something to an order its because we dont snap our fingers and poof. We actually make it. It is not our fault that corporate makes us charge for extra cheese. They charge for double topping duhhh. If u want to be a cheap person and want something in less than 3mins then may I suggest the dollar menu at mcdonalds. If u want a fresh cooked pizza then I suggest pizzahut. We r still open and in business for a reason. We dont need ur business. Thank you dont come again

Bathrooms were filthier than a port-a-john in India. My wife reported no toilet paper in the ladies room, general grime, and a pair of underwear thrown in the overflowing trash bin. Mens room was as bad. I wonder if the kitchens were any better. Oh, and we were customers in at 11 am for lunch which means all that mess had been sitting there overnight. I wish I could attach a photo. Even my 8 year old was grossed out and that takes something. We ordered from the menu to avoid the flys at the buffet. Staff was friendly but I simply do not believe the waitress who claimed she was OCD. Cant make it up. We laughed for a while at that one.

The last 3 times I tried to order food from this location, they are out of something, or not delivering, or tell me they are short staffed and it will be a long wait. I cant comment on the food, because I havent had it yet, but since I had to choose something, Ill go ahead and rate "Food" and "Decor" as "Poor-Fair" as well. I always end up saying, "Nevermind, Ill go somewhere else." Tried to call in an order tonight, and after placing my order, the person on the phone said, "Oh yeah, and were out of hand tossed and pan pizza, so is thin crust ok?" No. Its gross. So yet again, nevermind. I gave my business to Papa Johns.

The pizza was good! I had trouble finding anything gluten free and our server was new, but very pleasant and friendly. The kitchen was either unable or unwilling to run some grilled chicken through the oven to add to my salad so I had to settle for fried chicken wings (not breaded!) They were pretty tasty, but not as healthy as a grilled chicken salad would have been. Service was a little on the slow side, and this particular Pizza Hut has no salad bar. But the food we did get was good!

Ive ordered 3 times and all 3 times have had a problem! First time we ordered thru the app and over an hour later called and found out they didnt have a driver and it was pick up only. Second time the order was messed up so they offered a credit...Today when I went to use the credit, we went over the order twice in the phone and it still ended up wrong!

This franchise does not sell iced tea, their menu offers a salad bar, but there is none. Rolls of paper towels on the tables looks very tacky. Employees do not look professional. T-shirts and jeans, tattoos and piercings. No hair restraints or gloves worn while preparing food. One star is being generous... lol! I will not visit this establishment again.

Horrible pizza didnt arrive until I called to find out where the delivery was after almost an hour of waiting the pizza finally arrived the driver told me there was a mix up in somebody put my pizza under the heat lamps which meet the pizza dried out and disgusting completely unacceptable. I will definitely never go there again.

I ordered a pizza well before closing time, no delivery that day or the next. The only "feasible" answer I got was that their employees were not keeping up with their state inspections and therefore they couldnt do deliveries. Poor excuses and unacceptable.

There was only one server for the whole restaurant who couldnt even begin to keep up with everyone. Everyone eventually got one refill and the food was not horrible but it just wasnt good either. Dont waste your time or patience and just go somewhere else!

The server for the restaurant was disgusting. We went there on 4/17 between 5 and 7 pm and we saw him eat food right off from the cooking area and his hands were filthy. The only saving grace was the new cook who was professional and not seen goofing off.
