First off!!! We ordered previpualg a pizza and it was amazingly delicious. So we were excited. But this time was a hot mess. First off it took an hour and a half to get to the house. Both pizzas were cold, the cheese wasnt syretching it was breaking lile it waa 711 pizza thats been out all day. Then we decided to try the cheese sticks and thats when the disrespecr got real. They literally took kraft cheese square slices and put it on the bread twist and called it a day. I couldnt believe my eyes. And when I asked the older lady at the front all she said was "thats how we make it" *Mic Drop*

I have been coming here for the last 15 years and love this place. Sometimes I drive across the mountain just to eat here. I love the atmosphere, the 70s style orange booths and how they always decorate the restaurant for each season. Their iced tea is beyond this world! The food is pretty amazing too. Love their pizza (something about the dough makes it wonderful), their subs, salads and pastas are all delicious too. The service is also excellent as well. Love Casitglias!

We walked in and placed an order at tge counter. Then we took a seat and waited for our food. Our food came out boxed up as if it were to go. A misunderstanding. The problem was after our food was brought back on plates we were totally ignored. I had to go to the counter several times and wait to get silverware, drink refills, etc. No waiter was assigned to us even after the mistake was realized. No apology either. Quite the opposite. We got dirty looks and ignored.

The calamari was the FISHIEST and nastiest Ive ever had in my life, and Ive had ALOT of calamari in my lifetime. The pizza had an excellent crust, but from there it all went downhill. Minimal, but flavorful sauce, and good quality cheese but the onions on my pizza tasted like they were chopped last week and the bacon resembled a pork product one would find at a truck stop salad bar. Very disappointing. Use better ingredients, yall.

Fast delivery times, too bad the food is terrible and the workers dont care about their jobs. I ordered 2 subs for delivery, i recieved them within 25 minutes for a very reasonable price, but both of the subs were incorrect. We quickly called to get this fixed and once again the subs were delivered within 25 minutes; however, this time they just werent good. Now i know never to order from castiglias in front royal. :(

TERRIBLE customer service!! We have always loved ordering from there, when our delivery order was wrong the lady was very rude with us, so we asked to speak to another manager and because it was his wife he was also extremely rude, would not fix what they messed up and told us there were many other pizzas places to order from in town. Will never order there again!

Usually good service and great food. Today our waitress seemed overwhelmed and forgot several items. Napkin holder on our table and several other tables were empty. The family at the table next to us got tired of waiting on their bill and left money on the table and left the restaurant. My meal came much later than my husbands. Just an off day I guess.

BAD!!!!!!!! I ordered a pizza for friends and me. They said it would take 45 minutes for delivery. It took an hour and twenty minutes!!!!! The pizza was cold by the time it got to us. I felt bad for my guests. We were starving by the time it got here. It made it worse that it was cold! YUCK!!!!! Never again!

I was very disappointed to discover my order of a gluten free pizza was instead a small pizza. I have learned a lesson not to trust GF claims. What strikes me most was that I was very specific on the call when I placed my order and just got a "Sorry" when I called back to let them know.

Nice people, amazing food. They have something for everyone. Prices are great as well. I recently did a phone order went to pick it up and they messed it up. The immediately took care of the issue and gave a great discout on the spot. I highly recommend to anyone.
