Every time I have stopped at this Popeyes the food has been downright nasty the staff has been incredibly rude and just a place I will not go back to. My family and I went there one night to eat in the food was just horrible like the french fries they were so old that they had got incredibly tough and cold and you couldnt even bite into a french fry because you cant even chew it up. When I went up to the register to talk to them about it they were talking back to me and tell me that the food was fine and just eat it. The ones that were talking back to me I told them here try the french fries they went to take a bite out of them they couldnt even chew him up but the worst part was they wouldnt give me new french fries or a refund nothing, they just told me well thats your problem not ours. So another words the dinner that we had bought all the money that we paid for it went down the hall we had to take all of our food thrown in the trash and we ended up having to go down the road to McDonalds. So that Night we end up paying for dinner twice instead of just wants because the employees at Popeyes were too lazy to want to actually do something. Oh and that night it wasnt busy at all we were the only people that were in there and it wasnt close to closing time yet either.

First off, Id like to say the service was very friendly. When I started ordering, i couldnt help to notice one kid working in drive thru that seemed to be a bit down. I started to wonder what was eating at him. Maybe he and his girlfriend got in a fight? Maybe he just hates his job? But 20 minutes into my meal, and I think i began to understood why he had such a pained look of dispair on his face: the music. The same 4 minute long song on loop over and over and over.... the ONE AND ONLY SONG THEY PLAY.... please, for everyones sake, add more music or turn it off completly and end both of our suffering. 4/5 stars, will be taking my meal to go next time. Rip buddy.

Love the chicken served up right from the deep fryer. Disturbed by one manager closing before 10:00pm.last week. That is my only complaint. Any mistakes ever made were easily corrected with a smile. I like that.

Excellent, consistent chicken, and the spicy is a god level of spiciness. Very friendly staff. Wish they had macaroni and cheese, like other locations.
