The only good thing about this dining experience was the waitstaff who was friendly albeit a little pushy. We ordered the pretzels as an appetizer and the dipping sauce was bland and complete void of flavor. I ordered the whiskey brined ribeye and for the amount they are charging for it I could have bought a porterhouse at the butcher and cooked a steak a million times better. I equate the steak flavor and texture to what I could only imagine asphalt tasting like. The steaks only flavor was overpowering pepper and it was the size of a hockey puck only completely flat. Think Im joking it was literally pressed so much on the grill I thought it had been put between two piece of plastic wrap and beaten with a meat mallet. I dont even know why they bothered to ask me how I wanted it cooked, because I am sure as soon as it hit the grill it instantly removed any juices and cooked completely through. Thanks to the cook too who thought by adding a scoop of butter on the top would help somehow to bring any resemblance of meat back to that dried up squirrel roadkill they tried to pass off as "black angus" meat.

Please do not trust the pallets of the Front Royalty that usually eat at this place as their tongues are permanently covered in rabid deer blood. With that out of the way, Id like to mention that its really easy to mask bland or just okay food by making sure its HOT. Fridays has trouble doing even that - guess they need a new microwave to heat their prepackaged food. I got the Jack Daniels chicken sandwich and Im sure it wouldve actually tasted decent if it had been HOT. My friend got the cajun chicken pasta and felt ill as we walked around Target after the meal - she said hers was also barely warm. We all know not to send food back into a kitchen, especially at a chain restaurant, cause you are guaranteed to be tasting crud from the bottoms of the "cooks" shoes. Came really close to sending that food back tonight, though. The only good part of the meal was the waitress, Yolanda, who was really attentive and nice and also knowledgeable of the menu and of the deals on drinks. Despite that, we will definitely not be returning. At least not until they get that shiny new microwave they need.

No... we eat out quite a bit. Nice, but sorry, nice doesnt give you good ratings. Timely manner and good food give you 5 stars. Our waiter was kind, but thats it. The food: Appetizer. Pretzels were amazing. BeerCheese Sauce had cooled from where they set it out too long... Main Course: Bruschetta Chicken and Pasta had clearly been sitting out waiting for the waiter to get the food. Dried out. Ceaser Salad: Same thing, chicken had dried out. Chicken and Shrimp Sizzler: Still fine because it was on a hot plate Million Dollar Cobb: Was actually fine. Only good thing from this experience. A LOT OF FOOD... but I dont know if Im willing to eat the left overs...

The food was good. The service was bad. I mean really bad. The server made no effort to make it a good experience. Just kept apologizing, as if that fixes everything. But the service just kept getting worse. Of course we still tipped right, even though the service was God awful. Only reason for me to go back was the food. Service was no good. But I guess it just depends who the server is. UPDATE 11/21/16 Food was okay, service was really bad. Waiter hardly came to check on things. They didnt have utensils at the table. Waited on Waiter to come around after 10 minutes. No apology no nothing. Just when I thought things couldnt get worse.

Good food and good service, but our server Anthony somehow "forgot" to bring my moms debit card back and he asked if he did and we told him no, and he apologized and brought it back. It was very odd, and also a common scheme to get card information. Well be watching the account to see if any strange activity starts up. Hopefully it was just a harmless mistake, he really did seem like a nice guy. Would other wise be worth 4 stars.

28 minute wait for a strawberry salad. I will let that speak for itself. My other guest ordered endless appetizers, and when they were brought to the table there was no mention of when the salad would be brought..or if it had even been entered in. I (unfortunately) had to inquire about it, and was told that it was on its way but that the apps "come out first..well...because theyre appetizers". 28 minute wait for a salad.

Just left this place. We were seated and sat for over 5 minutes and were never addressed b any wait staff. And they were NOT busy. We are local and this has happened to us numerous times in the past. Waitress looked directly at us several times, but never said anything. Not a "Ill be right with you" or "Ill get your sever", nothing. I cant stand bad customer service. Probably wont be back.

Was recently here with my fiancé and infant the other night and had a great experience with no issues with seating or ordering, however returned today with my daughter and although we were seated quickly was told I had to move my childs highchair, and we couldnt order the same thing i had ordered on a previous visit. Service apparently depends on who is working and what time you go in.

This place was awesome! We had a wonderful server named Jennifer and she did an amazing job. She invited us to come back on our way back home, and we were never in need for ANYTHING! Also the food was delicious, but their server hit it out of the park. She needs a huge raise TGIF or a promotion!

Below average for a TGIF especially on the food. The below average food with possibly the worst service Ive seen in years warrant a 2 star rating at best. I do not recommend and feel like contacting TGIF corporate to let them know of our experience. Avoid!

Food was great our server was nice but the hostess didnt know what she was doing. The table, floor, high chair and bathroom was so filthy and nasty. Whomever the manager is doesnt know how the manage.

We always come here and we have never had a problem until today. We were seated immediately but waited almost 20 mins for the server to come to our table. Food was good like always but service sucked.

Got the endless appetizers. They were good except the mozzarella sticks, all the cheese seemed to have busted out in the fryer so it was just like eating empty shells of mozzarella sticks.

GREAT staff. Food usually good, especially the Jack Daniels flat iron steak. Can be rather noisy at times. The all you can eat appetizers are usually just warm when delivered but good.

Awful food, ordered rib eyed steak and didnt have it, instead they recommended sirloin: met was dry, mash potatoes were cold and the broccoli tasted la cardboard!!!!

Every time Ive been here I have been seated immediately. The wait staff is always great. Endless apps for $10 bucks. Cant beat that. Kid friendly.
