When we first walked in we saw about 15 to 20 people standing there waiting on their orders. about 5 of the people told us that they had been waiting there for over 30 minutes. Once we got in line and went to order the cashier was just flat out rude. She made us repeat our order multiple times. And the told us that they were out of the drink I wanted. So then I ordered a different drink and she messed up the entire order and took over 15 minutes to put our order in. When she gave us our drink cups she gave us all smalls even though I had ordered a medium. So I went back to the counter and she argued with me about it being incorrect. She then proceeded to take another persons order and pushed me aside. I waited for the person to finish their order and then showed her again on the ticket where I had ordered a medium soda. She grabbed the ticket out of my hands and crumbled it up and threw it away. There fore throwing away our order number as well. When we went to get our drinks and wait for our order the place was a mess. Soda spilt all over the counter, thrash on the counter, and the floors were so sticky that our shoes were getting stuck as we walked. While waiting in line for our order we heard a woman holler, when she got up and came over to the counter she had a piece of plastic in her hand that she had found inside of her burger. When she asked to talk to the manager the manager was rude and said well I have multiple people back here I am trying to train and the walked away. Next a little boy ordered a oreo shake and was given two wrong shakes before he got the one he had ordered. As we continued to wait for our order, another woman came back to the counter because her order was wrong as well. Once we finally got our food we asked for sauce and the employee walked away, so we went behind the counter and got our own. Over all it took over half an hour to get our food at this "fast food" restaurant. Today we found out that we did not pay for our food, another woman in line was charged for our order as well as hers. Never again will we go to this disgusting repulsive place.

If you happen to stumble across this location, You have found quite possibly the worst Burger King in the entire nation! We should have taken the hint when there was not a single car in the parking lot during prime hours. 1. The Virus Incubation Chambers (Coke Freestyle Machines) were out of everything except a select couple of Diet drinks or Root Beer. When I asked if they had anything available behind the counter, I was told they dont have anything and havent for awhile. 2. They apparently do not honor Nationwide Promotions sponsored by corporate Headquarters (2 for $4 Croissanwich) and instead charge almost double what most places charge. 3. The bread of the sandwich was consistent with those that have been left out on the counter overnight. Stale and dry, compounded by the fact that there was nothing available to drink with our meal. 4. I dont even know what to say about the fries. The size, shape, taste, etc... leads me to believe they went to the local grocery store and purchased whatever was on clearance. They was no semblance of any fry I have ever seen at a Burger King anywhere! Please, Please Avoid at all cost! For the sake of your health and well being, use my misfortune as a lesson to be learned!

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Somehow the get away with charging 30% to 50% more than all other Burger Kings. They dont honor coupons or advertise specials. When 10 nuggets are advertised for $1.49, they charge $4! This place is a disgrace to the small community. The food is never fresh and the employees are dirty and rude. The only way they stay in business is because desperately hunger Kings Dominion visitors, who think they are going to save money not eating in the park, eat there during the season. The rest of the year they get lucky pulling people off the interstate that dont realize Ashland is just an exit away where you can get Chick fil a, McDonalds, KFC, Arbys and Wendys. This BK must have made a deal with the devil to have stayed open as long as they have. I cant believe BK corporation allows this place to operate with such poor business practices and how dirty it is.

I was recently traveling and not being too familiar with the area decided to stop here since I thought it my be nice, sadly I was mistaken. Dont get me wrong, the staff was nice, but the building was not. The restroom smelled like a sewer and the overall appearance of the space was old and over used. With it being a high volume location I understand the term wear and tear, but this was beyond that. Definitely needs an update and good deep clean. When Kings Dominion is closed it would be the ideal time to do so. Again, the staff was great.

Chicken fries: stale and hard. Regular fries: stale and hard. Burger: crap. Customer service: crap. Avoid this Burger King at all costs. They should gut this place and rehire with ChickFilA employees. Better yet, just reopen this place as a ChickFilA. Its sad that this is the closest fast food option to the overpriced theme park food actress the street. My advice, go up or down an exit on 95 to get fast food, just to avoid this awful excuse for a restaurant.

Where to start... walking into this place I was instantly turned off to the idea of food. There was trash EVERYWHERE the floors were beyond sticky, the tables were covered in used napkins, the soda machine was literally pouring over with ice and soda... The place was beyond unsanitary. Not to mention the food itself was rediculously over priced. Needless to say, when we recieved our meals, we were too afraid to eat them after seeing what we saw.

Would leave no stars if I could. Didnt even eat here because the place was filthy. No soap in the womens restroom. Asked to see the sanitation grade (because it was no where in sight) and the person acted like they didnt even know what a sanitation grade was and couldnt tell the score. Absolutely disgusting and the fact that its right across the street from a popular theme park is scandalous.

1996 called... They want your decor back. Building is in disrepair. Sticking to the floor, bathroom falling apart. Only customers in the place, took 5 minutes to get waited on. Order was totally wrong even after correcting them the first time. Food was assembled like Stevie Wonder was in the kitchen. I know Burger King is slowly shutting down stores. This should be the first one.
