Tonight my fiancee and I went to the Westminster, MD location to enjoy the food and a few beers. We were greeted with a smile by a young woman named Megan B. Right before she greeted us, she was helping another customer. In my opinion he was rude and used crude language in an unnecessary way. Now, as a store manager, I have a few customers who behave like that in a joking way so I cant say for certain whether he really was just being a flat out jerk here or not, but I can say with confidence that Megan handled him in the most gracious way possible. She never stopped smiling as he berated her about his loath of garlic. In that instant I knew she would be a great waitress to us as well. Buffalo Wild Wings has an amazing employee on their hands and should be extremely proud of her. We usually come to this location but now Ill be looking out for Megan B specifically. Oh, and thanks to her for introducing us to an amazing new food.

Absolutely horrible! Me and a friend went here the other night and i was so embarrassed. Not only did the smell of old spilled beer hit you soon as you came in but the floors were crazy dirty. (Will post pictures on yelp since google does not let you.) We asked what happened, a food fight or something and they replied, "no sorry". That was it. Then i get my snack size boneless wings and they are as hard as a rock with barley any sauce like they were trying to save it or something. I might as well got them plain. I was so mad I thought it best to not talk to the manager especially in front of my guest. Thebclear lack of care when i brought some of the things up to our server was obvious it was the culture and not just an isolated incident. I was so dissapointed and will never be back to this location. Look at my yelp post and tell me you would ever go back.

Horrible experience! Just left there after waiting almost 2 hours to get our food. We were a group of 16 people, the restaurant was not crowded at all and most who were in there were in the bar area drinking and not eating. Our appetizers took over an hour and when they came, we still had not gotten our drink orders, quite a few of which were sodas, tea or water that did not require much effort to get. After another 30 minutes, we finally got our food - but had not silverware to eat it with. One of the wraps ordered was wrong and was sent back. When it came back out, there were literally two small nuggets of chicken on one half of the wrap. By far the worst experience I have ever had. You would think that after all we went through they would at least comp the appetizers or drinks...nope - nothing. I will never patronize this location again.

My husband and I have been going to BWW Westminsters location for years. Weve always had a good experience. When my son came home from a tour i Afghanistan we had his welcome home party there. Jen the assistant manager did everything she could to organize, hang banners etc. She even shut down all the sound when he arrived to she could announce who he was and why we were celebrating. Amanda, the GM, is amazing! Over the years weve come to think of her as a friend because she always stopped by our table to see how our food was, see if there was anything we needed or wanted. How often do you encounter management while eating at a chain restaurant? As for the rest of the staff... weve never had any type of issue with cold food, rude or uncaring waiters/ waitresses or lengthy waits for food / check.

My family wanted to eat after our Sunday morning mass and we found Buffallo Wild Wings. I wanted to say that the wings here were amazing! They were spicy and juicy, expertly cooked. My husband and I come from Texas so we know our Buffalo Wings, trust me and these were amazing! That being said, youre probably wondering why I gave this place a 3 star rating. Around the middle of our meal, my daughter needed to answer a call of nature, so I accompanied here to the bathroom as she is still very small. The bathroom was shockingly dirty, there was an odd smell, like someone hadnt flushed and the trash can was full of paper with undesirable fluids. I felt awkward helping my daughter pee and it was because of the unhygienic bathroom. The food is delicious though, and I recommend you give it a try.

I wouldnt give them any stars but thats the only way I can write a review. Horrible service!!! The manager Amanda talks to you as if youre a child and like you dont know how to order food. Instead of her helping the people that was waiting there for a good 30 minutes for pickup, she decided to seat people who just walked in. Didnt apologize, received wrong food. I will not be spending my money there anymore. Amanda, maybe you should go back to management training. Your waitresses have better customer service skills then you.

Ive had the pleasure of experiencing this restaurant probably over a dozen times. Theyre by far the worst bww Ive ever been to. Sit down or carry out. The facilities are never clean or organized. Faculty is probably the highlight of the place. Although, if you call in for pickup expect to have to repeat your order multiple times because they constantly screw it up or just over complicate the process. Wings never have enough souce, wet or dry sauce. Just go to Maggies, Johansons, olordans, green turtle or even applebees.

THE WORST.... the PUTRID and foul smell evidently has been there for months if you look at other reviews. Just walk up the hallway you will lose your appetite and not want to eat WHICH will do you a favor. Food terrible, came out cold. If your a wing place I would assume you would do one thing right. Boneless or bone in both wings were hard and tasteless. Management walks around clueless like this is a 5 star restaurant. DONT waste your time or money.

Overall I love the Buffalo Wild Wings chain but I have never had a satisfactory experience at the Westminster location. Out of 6 visits, we have had major issues with our food (cold, wrong order, etc) 5 times and 1 of those times the server acted as if she could care less. We had a gift card to use so we decided to take out in hopes of avoiding issues - again the order was messed up and took 40 minutes - arrived home and everything was stone cold.

Worst experience of my life. The tall blonde server was extremely rude the whole time. And mumbling obscenities under her breathe. She forgot my drink and wasnt even busy. She was in a hurry to get us out of the restaurant. Meanwhile gossiping on the clock with other servers. I give it 0 stars. I will never go back there again. I cant believe management allows this kind of behavior.

Classic sports bar that has a lively atmosphere that makes it possible to enjoy a nice meal but also root for your favorite team. The food is great and the quality is something to be remembered. The staff are always friendly and are eager to help you. If you want to enjoy a dinner with a little bit of rooting and cheering, come to Buffalo Wild Wings!
