First off, let me say that the store is amazingly decorated. The aviation theme is really cool. The place was also very clean despite being pretty busy. The two ladies working the cash registers both had a pleasant demeanor. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the manager. She was very curt and unprofessional. She also was not wearing any food service gloves or a hat or hairnet, yet was front and center dressing the wings. I would later find out she is the store manager, unbelievable. After waiting almost 25 mins for my food, which in all fairness was the preparation time stated, a tray was put on the counter with my 12 Cajun wings by one of the cashiers. I informed her that I wanted it to go and she cordially apologized. However, this was fortunate as I was able to see my wings looked a little under sauced, with quite a few wings having bald spots w absolutely no sauce. The cashier addressed this w the manager, at which time she very snidely stated to the cashier that she did them correctly and something about the portion was adequate. Then she asked the cashier what I wanted her to do about it. The poor girl up front had the same quizzical look on her face as myself, as if we both were dumbfounded at this managers lack of customer service. The manager then grabbed some sort of portion cup and put a paltry amount of sauce in it and told the cashier to make sure I knew next time I would have to pay for a side of sauce. I was in disbelief. I had not been rude and was simply asking for what I believed I had payed for. I dont like to make a scene, and do understand how chaotic kitchens can be, but I was quickly getting agitated. The only saving grace was that at roughly the same time a very tall gentleman seemed to be arriving to work and happened to be a supervisor of some sort. Without a second thought he immediately came over to see what was wrong, as my body language probably indicated my displeasure. It was like night and day, he listened to me, apologized with out any excuses went back to an employee and gave a simple instruction, and just like that he swapped my order out w a fresh package of properly sauced wings. He very sincerely apologized one last time and thanked me. Sad thing is he was probably reprimanded for excellent customer service. Overall I would definitely go back, the Cajun wings (that actually have sauce on them!) were probably the most flavorful "hot" wings Ive ever had. Still, I think the leadership is a little lacking at this location.

I called Wing Stop Greenbrier today to place and order. After asking Ed (store employee) a question I attempted to place my order but I was rudely interrupted by Ed saying "you do realize that someones in front of you right?" I responded with, "who are you taking to? " being that I was not in the store and I could not possibly realize anything happening inside the store. He responded with "YOU, you do realize I have a customer in front of you and I need to take their order. I was taken aback by his response, tone and customer service. I asked for his name, the managers name, the owners name and the general managers name. He stated he was the manager, and proceeded to give me the other names. He then asked if there was a problem, as if he was unaware of how rude he was and/or how he had displayed a serious deficit in the customer service department. After giving him a lesson in customer service 101, he apologized for the inconvenience and proceed to attempt to repeat to me again what he stated. I, however, interrupted him and let him know that there was not an inconvenience, it was bascily rudeness being displayed in its rarest form. I informed him that I would be contacting the general manager and owner in the morning. Please do not patronize this business unless you are ok with rude and unpleasant employees!!!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! 2 seperate experiences and exact same result. Most recent was an hour ago. Funny thing is I knew it would happen before I even ordered. I ordered online both times and set up the pick up time. I get there at the exact pick up time and still have to wait 15 mins for the food. Honestly I think they start making it when you get to the front desk. The wings are mediocre and it makes no sense because other wing stops dont taste that way. I ordered fries both times, the first time the fries were cold and soggy, the second time they were warm and soggy. I never understood how waited for you to make it and they are cold. I believe they didnt cook them as long as they should seeing how soggy they were. Ultimately you are better off going to WIld Wing Cafe down the street or BWW on greenbrier. The staff seems pretty decent I just blame the training process because you can tell this is a trained habit. P.S. I HAD to give 1 star. I wish I could give a -1

The service was HORRIBLE. called my order in 25 min before pickup. Asked for XXX crispy wings. Get there to pick my food up and it wasnt ready, and when it did finally come up 10 min later ( 40 min to make) it was soggy. The cashier took the tray from me before I could say anything because he saw how bad they looked. Now Im waiting another 45 min and my food was still wrong. The manager never apologized, didnt offer anything for my time, and when I asked for my money back the food magically appeared. I took my money and left the food. I hate that this is the only one in the area. Staff needs to be completely revamped. Still love the wings though

Can someone PLEASE clean this place up! Will never eat here again. Couldnt even finish my meal. Tables sticky...all of them. Soiled front counter tops. Trash and crumbs all over the floor. I asked an employee for a napkin because the few they had at the beverage station were soaked with what seemed to be lemonade and sweet tea. The employee politely handed me a paper towel off the roll after wiping the sauce off her hands on to her butt. And Im supposed to wipe my mouth with this!?

Just received my order from here and Im not impressed with the food at all. I ordered boneless garlic parm wings and fries (the 6 wing combo). All I could taste was breading on the wings and dry parm cheese. There was no garlic taste at all. Additionally there was little of the butter / garlic sauce they use on these wings. My first and last time eating here. Wings N Things in Norfolk Janaf has much better customer service and food.

So my wife and I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt. However after 3 visits they are now off our list. It has taken well over 40 minutes to be served each time for wings smaller than chicken nuggets. To be honest for the price and time wasted You can get the same meal by ordering a kids meal at chick fil a. I was my favorite place when I was in FL but the Virginia ones are just terrible representations of the chain.
