So is it just me or Hooters isnt Hooters anymore! When I want to be around beautiful women I expect that edge a restaurant whole point is to provide my eyeballs with pretty women and good food! I used to work here and the girls were DECENT and it just went down hill! I actually quit because I was not making enough money , we barely had customers as it used to be except on big game nights and it is just sad to see this franchise look the way it does! I loved working here ! Any-who I was even at the towson location and the girl spoke to me as if she knew me and proceeded to bash an employee I actually knew from my working days (lol) about how she didnt feel it necessary to change her long colored nails or to cover her tattoos... I was in shock as a black girl I came in with neutral blonde hair and had to change it my tattoos and my nails and I had seen this girl numerous times breaking the work dress code but thats another conversation ! The food was good but now it seems a little bland Please bring back the good days when hooters girls had pretty faces AT LEAST ! Ive seen the worst

Worst service ordered an appetizer then came back and took food order...48 minutes later after no offer of drink refills and no appetizer delivery my meal came and it was wrong...took an additional 8 minutes of sitting there for our server to come over so I could tell her my order was wrong and I never got my appetizer... instead of apologizing and offering to make it write she blamed the kitchen and walked off...THE KITCHEN DIDNT FORGET TO PUT MY ORDER IN!!! we asked for to go boxes because by this point we were there an hour and things still werent right got our checks and left...one of the girls with me got shorted change cause she paid cash and I got chased out the door and yelled at for not tipping...TIPS ARE EARNED!!! I worked in this industry more years then they have probably been alive and refuse to tip an inattentive incompetent server...I also worked at a Hooters several years ago and know the horrible excuse for service I received tonight is the furthest thing from acceptable by Hooters standards and training...will never go back

The service is always extremely slow here. We sat down almost immediately, but it took the waitress nearly 20 minutes to even stop by our table. She even told us that they werent sure who was supposed to serve our table. Once our food came out, one of the plates was sent back because it just wasnt what was ordered. The exact same plate was brought right back out by a manager with about half of the toppings scraped off instead of being remade. The waitress never came back for about 15 minutes to check on it and by the time the food was made correctly, everybody else in the party was finished eating and we had to get it in a to-go box. The dinner was removed from the check, but was still not worth ever coming back. This isnt the first time each and every one of us have been unhappy with the service here over the past few years.

Should have known not to go back here but I decided to give them another try because everyone wants to eat outside when it is nice out, right? The waitress barely knew the prices or whether glass mugs were permitted on the outside balcony. To make matters worse, we waited 30 minutes for our food that never came. Apparently, it was “given to another table” inadvertently. However, the waitress promised our food was coming right out. 20 minutes and no apology later, the food never made it to our table. We left without paying for the drinks and alerted the manager that this was the worst Hooters I had even been to....not once but TWICE. Never go to this one, I highly recommend the Towson, MD location.

Loved it. I know its just Hooters, but after eating at the bubba gumps, this place was my savior, and for that we thank you! The outside seating is amazing on a sunny day. Most importantly, service was awesome! As we were being seated, one waitress was just passing by and welcomed us with a smile and hello, and i just thought wow people are nice here lol. I know it sounds so simple, but that little thing can make or break a restaurant experience. So once were seated, that nice girl ended up being our waitress!! And her name was Destinee i believe. You go girl! So, we got some apps to snack on and some pitchers of beer and I spent a third of what i did at bubbas, AND left with a smile on my face!

I was at Hooters inner harbor and I will never go back. Me & my grand children waited 1 hour for our food & the place was empty. They said they were short staffed so we waited patiently. When our food arrived my food, the big fish sandwich, was under cooked, overbreaded and greasy. I informed & showed the manager who said he would give us a discount. I was able to eat my fries & 1/8 of the fish. The manager took $2.55 off for my inconvenience. Really?! So I paid $8 for French fries! I met the server after about 25 minutes into our wait. The Manager seated & got our drinks so he knew how long we were there. This was the place we loved to eat when we visited the inner harbor. Never again!

Food was good however drinks were weak. All individuals we ware! The waitress tried to charge us an 18% gratuity today for a family of 5. When I asked if it was the norm or was written somewhere, she started to stutter and said yes, for big parties. We did not fit that category. She then said it was no big deal and she could remove it. Right then I knew something was wrong. I spoke to the manager and he informed me that that is supposed to be added to parties of 6 or more. He also explained that two kids count as one adult. So by their rules we had 4 in our party. I still gave her a nice tip but how many other individuals have they done that to. Very sad!

I called before we went last Saturday to ask if we could see a specific game. The girl on the phone told me it wasnt a problem. When we got there the manager said we should have been there earlier if we wanted to see a game. We were seated in Elizabeths section. She did not know if we could get the game we wanted to see and didnt care to get it for us. We were largely ignored by Elizabeth. The food was ok but not great. I think the service was so bad we didnt have a good experience. We just moved in the neighborhood and I will find somewhere else to watch the games.

Absolutely horrible service, my girlfriend and I waited on a waitress for 30 minutes on my birthday. The first table we were seated at the waitress told the hostess to seat us elsewhere because she wasnt taking anymore tables. Eventually the manager took our order. An hour later and we get served cold food. Save yourselves the trip people, youre better off hungry! When we finally got our food replaced we were served refried chicken in a pool of grease with bugs in it. Most ratchet atmosphere ever, this is where all the Bmore ratchets come to play.
