I finally got a chance to stop in today and have lunch... They were fast, the place was clean, they even have outdoor seating in the shade... However I found the menu and options lackluster compared to their nearest competitor Moes. Today I opted for the most basic thing you can get in a Mexican joint. Tacos. They offered steak, chicken and some other kind of pulled meat. Wheres the ground beef? I dunno, maybe its just me but I like a ground beef taco... There wasnt any to be found. I choose steak and added tomato and cheese. There was absolutely no zest to the steak. It was cooked well done and chopped. The tomato was watery and tasteless and the cheese was less than average too. What gives? Maybe its just me, but Chipotle just didnt live up to the hype. My friends have raved about this place saying its better than Moes and the other Mexican places around, but I just didnt see it today. They were quick, they were clean, very true... But the food was on level with a microwave biscuit at 7-11.

My husband and I get food from here at least once a week. We love chipotle, clearly, and this location wasnt really ever a problem until recently. Theres employees who we recognize who do a great job, give us good portions, are fast and polite. It seems like theres a lot more new employees now who give really small portions and mess up our orders. The food has been cold a few times, and our chips were stale the last time we got them too. Not to mention the same guy at the register has overcharged me twice now; once I got a refund for the extra burrito I was charged for, and the second time he didnt think it was a big deal I paid about 50 cents more for something, but why should I? Today we decided to get chipotle again, making that twice this week. Turns out they gave me the wrong order and my husbands quesorito was way smaller than usual, there was so much extra tortilla. Please get it together!!! This makes me wanna try Qdoba, which is only across the street.

LOVE Chipotle, but not this location. It was very dirty - food on the floors. this location is set up so that you see them cooking and chopping the food as you line up for food - yuk. The food prep on the line was quick- but the area just looked very dirty. And the trays that held the food just didnt seem fresh. Got our food and went to sit down... the seats were awful. They slant all the way back? We had to move to a tabletop which was better -- but youre right in the open next to the people waiting on line. The food itself was good -- like the other locations - but due to the set up, the seating , and the dirtiness in general of the place (food all over the floor, counters) - I definitely wont go back there again. Ill stick to the Columbus Station location - so much nicer.

No better place to get quicker high quality meal. I like their open kitchen setup and the usually quick service. Their meats are always really good. I really like their steak paired with the pinto beans. Just absolutely delicious. Am a little disappointed their do not have any other vegetables to add aside from the fajita veggies. The dining area is always kept really clean. Even the bathrooms were unusually clean for a public place. The staff is polite and efficient. The manager was also pretty cute. Sometimes the line can backup however as everyone has to pass through the same assembly line. It is frustrating when you get behind that one person who claims they are being ripped off and keep repeating "quit bein all stengy on the rice".

This is my first bad review, ever, but I am going to do it.... I hate this location. The staff are rarely polite, and they are constantly out of food. On 3 different visits, all in a row, they were out of sour cream, guacamole, and then chips! How does a mexican grill run out of these things? And the worst part was they didnt tell you until you were already through the line. I understand that things can happen, but all I expect is good customer service. The same visit that they were out of chips was also the same visit that they put almost raw chicken on my plate... I let the manager know & they recooked the meat, but I wont be back to this location. So disappointing because I normally LOVE Chipotle & Im easy to please!

Horrible experience all 4 times I have visited this location. First, they act like Im asking for a million dollars when I ask for plain white rice (I dont like the salt and butter/oil they put in the rice with cilantro.) They roll their eyes and slam my burrito bowl while they get the plain rice. I usually asks for lite black beans but theyre always in such a rush to get everyone through the line they pile on a bunch of black beans because they didnt listen. Second, their beef/steak is never cooked properly. I watch them put pink meat on the line and clearly you can see the pink. The chicken is sometimes slimy(not cooked all the way) This location would have gotten more stars if they actually cared about customer service.

I have eaten at this Chipotle several times in the last few months and this location is very inconsistent with the quality of their food. Today has been the worst experience Ive ever had at any Chipotle. There were barely a handful of chips in my order, I didnt get hardly any black beans, the grilled vegetables are black beyond recognition and there is so much of the mild "salsa" (which is really just pico- i wish there was actually a mild salsa!) that my salad just tastes like a charcoal tomato. I do not recommend this location. Chipotle is great, but this one needs a lot of training and refocus on the customer experience.

I AM BEYOND TIRED OF EVERYTIME I COME TO THIS PARTICULAR CHIPOTLE IT IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM WITH GETTING FOOD... its one particular employee who watches everyone else when they prepare an order to make sure they dont give anyone to much food which is very rude.. pay attention to who your assisting... secondly for the PRICE of the food, we get fed like birds and and the same employee doesnt mind stepping in saying you will have to be charge extra for that... smh RIDICULOUS... I have visited another chipotle and NEVER HAD A PROBLEM... I WILL NOT GO BAVK TO THIS CHIPOTLE I WILL BE GOING TO MOEs .... sorry not sorry I tried

So every time I come here they run out of fajita veggies it never fails. Then they say about 5 mins Im like I will until its done to proceed on my order. Ok so then you ask for extra veggies they look like they dont know what that mean??? Moving along I ask for Guacamole on the side but before I can say side they already slapped it on my bowl then I get to the register and ask for salad dressing and they still forget to give it to you. Overall this location is the worst they need to slow down and focus on quality. The Columbus location never any issues with quality.
