Not a good experience.I called to find out if their specials could be prepared with out MSG and was told that NONE of their items contained MSG ! I did think that was a little odd, but I asked again several times to make sure that each item I ordered was free of MSG (my husband and I are both very sensitive to MSG) and I also asked for brown rice which they told me that had. When I got there I asked if the extra order of brown rice was also with my order to go and they said they dont have brown rice - the lady checking me out went to speak with the lady who took the order -they were fussing over that when I also brought up the issue of MSG. They were actually fighting over this. I canceled my order! Will Never go back to Hong Kong.

Lived down the street for several years and went here once a week. Now have moved a little further away and still go back whenever I can. Not sure I understand the bad reviews. Have always had a good experience. Always fun to see the owners children in the restaurant after school as it reminds you this is hard working family making your dinner!!!!!

They gave me the wrong dish, and when i called back to explain she screamed at me. the food is subpar.. nothing to go gaga over, the price is the same as any other chinese place.. i just tried them out because i had never eaten from there. such a waste of my time and money. Do not want! Do not go!

Staff is great! Very hospitable. Our daughters even sat down with their little boy after diet and watched caps on the tablet! Food is FANTASTIC! BEST FRIED RICE in Charlottesville. And dont get new stated on Sesame chicken... we literally drive from ruckersville for this!

I go there for lunch sometimes and the food is always hot and fresh. Its also reasonable priced. If you dont feel like going out, theyll deliver it to you! As long as you live in a 2 mile radius.

i eat here at least 2 or 3 times a week because i live right across the street. food is great, orders are right, usually done before they say it will be. highly recommend.

Me and the rest of my family really enjoy getting takeout from there. The workers are nice, the prices are reasonable, and the food taste great! Highly recommended.

Typical Chinese American fast food. Stick to the basics and youll get something edible. Dont try to order off the menu: it will likely end in disaster.
