I order very often from here as I live close by I have spent several hundred dollars here in a very short time. I always tip well and always get delivery. The orders always consist of in part, a Spicy Tuna Roll and generally I ask for additional ingredients, specifically avocado and cream cheese which I am willing to pay additional for. However each time this order comes what I get is a slice of tuna with avocado and cream cheese. When I called to ask about this I was told the spicy part is only a sauce with a slice of tuna. However when I order just spicy tuna I get the traditional minced tuna. Since the food was good I continued to order from here. Yesterday I tried to place an order which included the lunch special which they state in writing is from 10:30-4:00. When I called was prior to 4:00 yet I was told it was too close to 4:00 to order. I asked for a manager and was told that Carie would be in tomorrow to call then. Today I called Carie. I tried to explain in very simple terms what my issue was with the Spicy Tuna. She told me that she couldnt understand me, the spicy tuna was always finely chopped and told me not to order from there anymore to call someone else. I was shocked. I was never able to inquire about the lunch specials before she hung up on me. I called back and told her that I had spent hundreds there in about 2 months (verified through my online order history), and that I would no longer order from there. This business barely speaks English but I was patient and understanding. If you get unsatisfactory customer service dont bother to call.

I ordered online and had requested I get some sweet and sour sauce. They called me and told me i needed to pay 1.25 for it so i agreed and said id pay in cash (well change) since i already paid by card. No issue, not happy it wasnt included, but oh well. It took almost an hour to deliver, so my food was barely warm. Eh use a microwave right? Cheese wontons dont heat up well and they were lacking cheese and were chewy, overall a disappointment. I had the kung pao chicken which was okay, very nutty like overboard. The fried rice was bland, it needs veggies or something. And my soda was room temp. You would think if I wanted a warm soda, I would drink my own from a box. Not overly impressed and most likely wont order again.

I ordered dinner special sesame chicken and shrimp and broccoli and this was the size they gave me! First I did not receive for an 1hr and mind you I live 5 minutes from the restaurant. I called about the food and I was told that they have been there for 14 years and their lunch special and dinner special are the same sizes but the dinner is more expensive. Then I got hung up on! Since I was hungry I started to eat my cold food since it was late, and the chicken was overcooked, hard, and dry to taste. I am very disappointed and this was my first time eating here and I was recommended too. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone due to rude service, overpriced small meals, and distasteful food!

This was the rudest place by far I have dealt with. I am down visiting my sick child at he hospital and just wanted to order something to do. When we called to place out order the woman who answered was extremely rude. She tried to rush is through our order and when we werent "fast" enough for her, she hung up on us. Then when we tried calli back to re order and talk to a manager, she threatened to call the cops for harassment. I expect cold and distant when dealing with certain businesses however dont work in customer service if That is the case. I do not recommend this place to anyone to eat.

This is the worst establishment Ive ever been in. The manger is very rude and ignorant. I order Szechuan shrimp that didnt look like what I usually order when I get Chinese food. The manager didnt want to correct the problem or anything. Then she had the nerve to catch attitude b/c your food was disgusting. Plus she threw my money back at me! So I will definitely will not be returning or telling anybody about this restaurant unless its the bad review I have to say about it. If I see anybody I know going in there I will tell the to turn the other cheek. So not worth the aggravation.

I used to love this place. I have ordered from them 3 times in a weekend before. However, their food is getting progressively worse. They changed their recipe for the egg foo young sauce so it is strangely peanuty (which would have been ok...just not to my tastes) but worse they changed their garlic sauce (which they claim is spicy) so it is practically syrup!!! This happened twice so I know its not a fluke that it was too sweet too eat. I am not getting their chinese food again. Other restaurants in town havent been as good in the past, but at this point theyd be a step up.

I have ordered from here several times. The last time I ordered, they decided that I live "out there" (10 mins away from the restaurant) and thus must have a $20 minimum order. The woman on the phone clearly made this policy up on the spot, and had a nasty attitude about it. The sushi isnt as fresh as I would prefer, but Im in love with the Hot and Sour soup. However, now I will be hesitant to call them again unless I am ordering with others--so much for their food being cheap. For this I subtracted one star.

awful service...ive ordered from this place twice now and both times it took well over an hour to get my order. When I called to see why it was taking so long they were short and rude. I was even further frustrated when I got my order and it didnt have any utensils or plates, even though they knew they were not delivering it to a residential place. Go with Jade Garden. They have amazing service and better value.

Asian express is kick-ass. They have a wide variety of options and most of them are very tasty for a reasonable price, not to mention their service is quick. They March to the beat of their own drum. People who complain about their service astonish me. Its great quick Chinese food. If youre looking to make a friend call someone else; if you want delicious take out hit up Asian Express.

I love their food but the delivery drivers are often just plain rude! Just today the driver followed me into my house uninvited and DEMANDED a larger tip. He said "tip cash, need more" and when I said I didnt have anymore cash he said "tip more, you have quarters?" Needless to say I was outraged and told him off and will NEVER order from here again despite he fact that the food is good.

Lunch food is normally great but ordered dinner for the first time it was the same portion as lunch but cost more, my chicken was very dry and hard and shrimp over cooked. Called to express my concerns of the presentation and taste but the person didnt care to listen but insisted that there was nothing wrong with my order they have been running the business first 14 years.
