Ive been a big burgerfi fan and have viewed them as my favorite burger place for a while. Ive even organized group events there. My wife requested me to pick up Burgerfi for her birthday on sunday and I was happy to oblige. We have toddlers with a 7 oclock bedtime so I thought I could zip over and grab the food and be back by 5 to 5:15 so we would have plenty of time to celebrate with the kids and extended family. We placed a take-out order at 4:53 (according to our receipt) and got 3 burgers, 1 thing of fries, and 2 kids meals. We did not receive our order until 5:37, which severely cut short my wifes birthday party. Unfortunately, not only was the food incredibly late, but it was also incorrect. We only got 1 kids meal and the topping s/condiments on all three 3 burgers where wrong. Two of them didnt even have any toppings or condiments and we had to use our own at home. I was very frustrated as we were suppose to have plenty of time to celebrate my wifes birthday with my kids and ended up having to rush it and just have a few minutes. Ive worked in the food industry before and I know mistakes happen, but this is by far the worst one to happen to me. To sit there for 44 minutes for our food and to not even get the right food is beyond ridiculous and affected our evening/celebrating my wifes birthday. I am beyond frustrated and am going to be taking my business elsewhere.

Food: Decent. I had the BURGERFI Single Cheeseburger with an order of Parmesan + Herb Fries with Garlic Aioli. Not the best burger Ive ever had but not the worst either. The burger was a tad small but still pretty filling. The fries were cooked well but the parmesan + herb was a little much. When I walked out, I would say I felt full but the experience doesnt stick out in my brain as an "AMAZING burger" experience. I might have felt just as full going to Wendys up the street for one of their combos. Im not sure that I would put it as my top places around Nashville to grab a burger. Price: Pretty Pricey. For my food and a soda (12 oz) it was almost $15. While the food was good, that price was a little over the top for what you got. However, I knew that going in and I still decided to try it. Not a horrible decision but my bank account could have enjoyed a $5 lunch a little more. Atmosphere: Very Nice. It had a cool feel to it and the place was packed when I went in for lunc. Good amount of seating and in a nice area. Seemed clean and well maintained. Service: GREAT. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered online and went to pick up my burger. I was about 10 minute early but they rushed to make my order quickly and make sure I didnt have to wait too long. They even brought my order to me while I waited. Overall: 3/5. I might be back but I also could live without it

I crave these burgers when Im not here. Im a burger lover and still I often get their Veggie quinoa burger. Holy moly, its awesome, and I dont have that heavy feeling after typical of a meat burger. Ive tried other veggies burgers on VERY rare occasion at other places and they almost alway let me down. This is an exception. Fries are awesome and they have one of those fountain coke vending machines--the variety is endless. It seems to be a little less busy than other options during lunch, but if its just two of you, you shouldnt have much issue finding a table--at least when writing this post. They have some small tables outside on the sidewalk as overflow too.

I paid $14 for a single-patty burger with bacon and cheese, along with fries and a drink. The burger was decent, but small. The fries are hand-cut, but flavorless (they didnt even bother to salt them). And I only got a 12 oz. plastic cup for my soda. Its overpriced, and the portions are too small. The quality doesnt justify the price, especially when you can get a better burger at Five Guys for cheaper. Apparently, you can slap organic, non-GMO and green labels all over something and justify charging a premium.

Everything about BurgerFi is excellent! From the great location, ALWAYS friendly staff, clean/upbeat environment and of course the food! The "regular" burgers at BurgerFi are a 10 out of a 10 already but then they added the "CEO" burger...which includes wagyu beef = best burger Ive had in a LONG TIME. they also have an interesting and tasty choice of fries which I love. I recommend BurgerFi to anyone looking for a burger specifically or a great lunch stop in Brentwood.

SUCH GOOD BURGERS. Cooked to perfection, cheese melting all over, and the buns are so fresh you can taste the yeast. Love the ethically sourced meat, and local craft beverages (yay for cider for this non-beer drinker!). The staff was great explaining the menu to us, and a manager came around to ask how the food was later and made conversation for a while. Friendly, fun, delicious and conscious.

Best new burger joint in Tennessee by far! I loved the food! I love the vibe, wonderful positive employees. Right when I walked in, this very nice gentleman named Nick was so nice and asked if I have ever been there before and he told me all the favorite choices. Love the rings and milkshakes and of course the burgers. Great place!

The burgers are the absolute best! They arent greasy but are very juicy. Mika is very great and I absolutely love going there. The cashiers are all so friendly and welcoming and its a great place to go to for lunch or dinner! I would recommend anyone go there if you are looking for good food, good custard, and a nice atmosphere.

Brentwood, TN. We ordered 3 burgers to go. One burger did not have the grilled onions nor any cheese. The second burger had no cheese. The third burger was properly prepared. Added a chocolate shake (very good) and large fries (average at best). Paid $30. Way overpriced and 2 of the 3 orders were incorrect.

A refreshing restaurant that fills the gap between fine dining and fast food - order at the counter, but get tablecloth quality burgers! The burgers are amazing - go with the CEO and the hand cut parmesean garlic aioli fries and you are in for a treat!! Also the sweet tea is sweeter than McDs! We loved it!

The food was good and fresh but I felt way over priced. The Twenty-Eight burger is 10.57 for the burger alone. 3.57 for regular side of fries and 2.47 for a fountain drink. That put me at $18.00 for a burger the size of a value meal burger at a fast food joint. Again the food is good but not THAT good.

Love this place! Finally, a great burger for vegetarians. Quality ingredients, huge juicy onion rings, awesome fries, and yummy desserts. Im sold. Is it a bit pricy, yes, but so are other things that are of good quality. I only wish they had more locations. Its a drive to get here but worth it.

This place is the Wendys of the craft burger market. My burger was small and not very tasty, kind of dry. The parmesan fries and covered with a ridiculous amount of parmesan. I couldnt eat but maybe 15. It has great signage and overall layout but the food is not worth going. I wont be going back.
