Since this was just around the corner and being a big fan of Burger Up and The pharmacy i was eventually pushed to this place, Walking it it has a nice ambiance and the hostess are quite friendly and attentive, will be a line if you go in the evening. Since there was a wait we ended up to the Bar which open and begun with our indulgence. Appetizer - Philly egg rolls - perfectly cooked and the meat extremely tender and Philly cheese like. Melted in your mouth and quite chewy which made it even great. Main - Ordered the 96 and a new burger not yet on the menu which is the west texas burger. The 96 is their prime burger which actually i was expecting to be quite big was a pretty nice sized not overly bloated kinda burger. The bun are custom just like other places but very tasty indeed, the veggies inside were fresh and the patty ... my o my .. super awesome. The west texas - person eating it said it was quite spicy but how can bbq sauce be spicy im amazed as it is more flavor than spciyness, they still ended up killing it. Try it but beware might be spicy. Burger Republic is pretty good and they are taking good care of all the items on the menu and do take extra care to make sure you are well served and happy. If yuu have not tried it please do give it a shot.

I went to the Nashville zoo today. My friend and I got to pet kangaroos. Kangaroos are so friggin soft. I really thought that was going to be the highlight of my day. It was not. Later in the afternoon, I started researching places to eat. Based on the re views, I decided on burger republic, my friend and I pulled up the menu, and we saw two award winning burgers. He and I decided to get both and split them. I got the Tennessee and the 96. I ordered them medium, and walked out with two burgers 15 minutes later. we cut them in half with the plastic knives, which took NO effort at all, and began. I bit into the 96, and it was the best goddamn burger I have ever had. This burger had the mouthfeel of petting chinchillas combined with the flavor of perfectly seasoned beef brisket. The toppings barely even mattered on a patty like that. For 11.50, the 96 showed me how good a burger could be. I have paid four dollars more for burgers 1/10th as good. The Tennessee showed me how much better they could get than that. I might never enjoy a burger in Northern VA again. PS: The chips are okay, but the fries we got were uniquely light, flavorful, and delightful, and I wouldnt even recommend dipping them in anything.

First, Russell Hawk, are you out of your mind? Red Robin doesnt belong in the same arena as Burger Republic! As for the service, I cant speak to that because someone picked up my order for me. I have been searching for the best burger far and wide for several years. I ordered the "buy the farm" burger and, while it is not the best burger Ive ever had, it is a contender. I would say it is a 9/10 with three other burgers Ive had topping it (Tony Bs in Dickson, Blue Moose and Hillbillys both in Pigeon Forge). Locally (in Nashville), Burger Republic is the best burger I have had. It beats Burger Up, The Pharmacy and Gabbys and I have had most others as well. I will say I received a well done burger when I ordered medium-well and it may have been better at medium-well. I rate burgers based on what they do with the meat. Whats the fat to lean ratio? Where on the cow did the meat come from? At what point was it salted? These affect the final outcome tremendously. Things like fresh made buns, unusual topping choices and hand cut fries are nice but those are not what makes a burger great first and foremost.

Visited Burger Republic last week and had an "okay" experience. I sat at the bar and was served by a friendly and courteous female bartender. The food was not at all spectacular. I had their Farm Burger and ordered it as medium rare. The burger came out well done and it took 20 minutes to get the food. Managers were nowhere to be seen on the floor. Also, the female bartender was having to take care of bar and floor customers plus answer the phones. She was clearly overwhelmed and no one was helping her. What was sad to hear was the countless number of people and to-go orders that were turned away because "the kitchen was busy." The rest of the staff and restaurant seemed snooty. Oh and one last thing, prices were a bit overpriced. Someone once compared this restaurant to the Pharmacy as a comparable restaurant. Let me tell you that Burger Republic do not hold a candle to The Pharmacy. I do not recommend this restaurant.

This is my "go to" spot for a burger in Nashville. It has a wonderful atmosphere which only gets better once warm weather arrives and the garage doors/patio opens. On my very first visit the manager, named Jim, stopped at my table and spoke at length to me. From that day on he always called me by name each time I dined there. His approach to the customers is welcoming and he sincerely appreciates them. The staff is always fast and polite. The entire establishment has a modern, no-nonsense vibe to it. The burgers are IN-CRED-IBLE! The fries are always crispy and hot. For that matter, ALL the sides are spot on! The ONLY drawback to this restaurant is the waiting area. It is non-existent for such a popular place which forces you into some uncomfortable situations if you have an issue with people "invading your personal space". Because it gets VERY crowded while waiting for a table during the busy hours.

I came into Burger Republic thinking it was gonna be just your run of the mill burger joint. What I had walked into was surely the place you come to before you go to heaven. Erika was our server and she was very friendly and polite including to the two military vets that were sitting next to me. My party of four ordered different burgers and we all sampled eachothers burgers. The first bite I had into my burger I got an erecting that I hadnt expierenced since my wedding night. And each subsequent bite into the 3 other burgers resulted in not only a mouthgasm but in also an orgasm from all 3 burgers. And then I ordered a chocolate peanut butter milkshake and it was like sucking on a reeses peanut butter liquid version. Which then put me into a food coma in which it took me 12 hours to recover from.

Be careful ordering a burger less than well done. The atmosphere was great and the waitress and manager were both very nice. I ordered the 96 and the presentation looked very good. I ordered my burger cooked to medium-rare and when I cut into it, it was raw (not slightly cooked, still cool to the touch). I pointed this out to the waitress and she quickly took it back for a replacement. I asked for it to-go as the rest of my party would be waiting on me to eat my food. They brought back a to-go box filled with both fries and tots. I got back to my office and opened up my meal and checked the meat. It was again under cooked. It was raw as well! It was not as bad as the first but the hamburger meat was still cool, pink, and pasty. I should have checked the food before I left.
