I strongly disagree with these reviews saying this place is clean. Horrible customer service. Liars. And dirty. There is no point of calling ahead and having confirmation that the food will be ready by when i get there ( 30 mins from when i call in ) when i arrive there, they say wait for 20 minutes. The worst thing is that he could not even say that to me when i was listening to his speakerphone. When i asked for food the manager or whatever that asian dude said was come to the first window without any explanation and never apologize and instead say oh we need 20 minutes will you wait? Hey dude, I drove 30 minutes and called ahead just to make sure i dont wait another 20 minutes there. You said it will be ready by then over the phone. And i know for fact that you can fry those wings and chickens in less than 20 minutes. The fact that you told me that you need 20 minutes after i got there means you just did not prepare despite me calling ahead. Eff this place. Very unreliable. And this is the second time they doing this to me. Dont go to this place. Hit or Miss and when you miss you will be upset like me.

Food is great but customer service is the coldest I have witnessed ! This Indian guy took my order which I had to repeat like 5 times (my small order which wasnt even complicated at all ) and left for the kitchen . I forgot to order something else so I kept on calling him nicely 4 times, he still didnt show even though he heard me . When he finally showed up, I explained to him that I called several times, he didnt even apologize and told me he though I was just wondering about the food, like ??? Can you please at least employ somebody who understands English ? Thanks . Ps: when I asked the lady in the back if she was the manager, he then replied for her that yes she was and laughed , she wasnt . Is everything in this place a joke ?

Ordered a 12 piece bucket meal yesterday. My wife doesnt eat dark meat and the bucket had 6 thighs and 6 legs in it. The parking lot and store were almost empty. Now I know why... we wont be back!

The service here during the day through the drive-thru is excellent. The food is reasonable, if a little greasy. Bathrooms are the biggest problem. They are rarely cleaned and often very messy

The employees need to learn to speak English.. They had no crispy white meat and would not cook any more (7pm). One man in here sleeping taking up table space...smh
