Claro se ganan las 5 estrellas en un un mal servicio las cajeras lo atienden como q uno a pedirles regalado llega ensima para mi percepción siempre intentan robar así q recomiendo q este pilas ala hora de pedir nunca tienen pechugas pero si te cobran el precio de las pechugas si no me cree fíjese en los precios las caderas y piernas son más baratas pero a uno siempre le cobran lo más caro pida una horchata mediana le cobran la grande siempre y reclamarles se lo escapan a hartar a uno me da tristeza que los mismos hispanos lo tratan mal me encanta el pollo campero pero no el servicio la una persona amable en este lugar es la señora q limpia las mesas y sirve la comida Eya debería de ser la manager......no me crea a mi baya y compruébelo uste mismo

I had never been here or heard of this place before, but was drawn by the smell from outside. Because I was new, I wasnt familiar with the menu options, so I ordered a half chicken, and asked the cashier which of the side dishes she liked--she recommended the Campero Beans, which were fantastic. They brought the food out to my table on a real plate with metal silverware, fresh cut limes, and napkins. Foods great, service was fantastic, and with the music and everyone inside speaking Spanish, I thought I was back in El Paso for about twenty minutes. Im coming back soon.

La verdad es que cuando estan apurados no cosinan bien el pollo 2 veses me ba saliendo crudo con sangre aparte lo masticas y pura grasa y creo que ni lo lavan para quitarle exeso de grasa y susiedad entre otras cosas mas Lo ciento pero siempre digo lo que pienso.

Acostumbrado a comprar comida, en Don Pollo, quise probar algo nuevo. Y realmente no puedo recomendar este sitio, la comida realmente mala, las piezas de pollo pequeñitas, mal gusto la comida ,todo malo. Un además caro, malo malo malo.

Yo trabajo en restaurante americano, y si me yo me comportará así de pedante les aseguro que no duraría ni un día, no te saludan , tu tienes que aser los por ellas y se molestan x todo asta para pedirte si mas servilletas ,lo ciento mucho

I was waiting in line at a store and the man in front of me had a bag, and the chicken smelled amazing. He told me he got it across the street from Campero (which Id never heard of), needless to say I ran over and grabbed some. The service was a bit slow, but worth the wait once I took my first bite. The fried chicken is very tasty, juicy and tender. Surprising for a fast food restaurant. Next time I will try the grilled Peruvian style.

Oh My God! When you want to eat fried chicken this should be option number one, I dont know what their secret is but the chicken its always fresh and they serve it fast, it doesnt matter how busy they are you food will be ready in minutes, they have a very efficient team, the place its always clean and when Im in Silver Spring I just got to visit this place. My favorite fried chicken, I just tried the empanadas and I loved it.

Great food. Ok customer service... Lately not a good experience.... I am changing my review.I come here many times. the Mens bathroom is not always clean. Besides lately they have been putting the cheapest and thinness paper towels ever.. Are they trying to save money or what... This place makes money its always busy and they cant even provide a decent paper when using the bathroom..what a shame.

After paying $65.00 for the 20 pieces of chicken menu with four sides, plus 6 large size "hochata drink" we were disappointed because the 6 cups which were supposed to be filled with the hochata drink, contained only ice cubes. This was a disaster especially for my grand daughter who was celebrating.No one drank it.

The food is well seasoned and good I had the grilled chicken black beans,bread and mixed rice. They have a nice setup but I felt I was being rushed. I couldve order better, theres a slight language barrier. Its a Spanish restaurant. But for the most part it was okay.

Went there and the fried chicken tasted just the same as in Zona 9 in Guatemala City, or La Libertad in San Salvador... Just like home! It is specially delicious and should make KFC wonder what this Central American franchise chain is all about...
