If I can give a 0 I would. This was the worst customer service I have ever received . I went in by the drive thru. I had to orders. One was my co-workers and the other was for me. I knew what she wanted . I specifically told her i wanted honey mustard and BBQ sauce for the 3 piece tenders. I then told her to give me a minute to decide what my order will be. She continued to say hello , hello what will your order be , in rude tone. I then ordered and came to the window. She didnt say anything handed me the drinks. She only gave me 1 straw and I order 2 drinks. I asked for the mustard& BBQ again!! And she didnt put any ketchup in the bag ! I asked for some she gave me 3 packs for 2 orders???!!! I then asked for more, she mean mugs me and slapped the window and gave me 3 more . I was like wow ! Never coming there again !

I hate this Popeyes. I live two minutes away so Ive eaten here probably 10+ times. The employees are rude, the fries are always old and cold, and they get your order wrong more than half the time. Sometimes youll get spicy when you ask for mild, sometimes there are fewer chicken strips than you ordered, sometimes they give you 15 fries total. My drink randomly arrives with or without ice, and you have to ask for sauces more than once to get them. There have been times Ive ordered at the drive-thru and had to go inside to have my order corrected, only to stand beside other customers doing the exact same thing. I really dont expect much when I go to a fast food place, but Im done coming here.

I ordered the same thing I always order. 3 chicken strips platter. Get home and I have 3 wing and a breast in my box? Wtf! I didnt want that nor did I order that. You guys just lost a local customer. This is the second time something like this happens. First time it was busy so I didnt get mad but this time it was not busy not even inside. There was no excuse.

Every time ive gone to this popeyes theyve forgotten part of our order. The drive through attendant sounds annoyed and rushed, even if were the only ones in line. Im not usually one to leave bad reviews, but on our last visit they forgot an entire meal from our order, and that has driven me to write my first.

I see a lot of complaints about bad customer service. As someone from Baton Rouge, LA, yall must not know Popeyes. Tell me a Popeyes that ever had good customer service. It just wouldnt feel natural asking for Red Beans without getting Dirty Rice instead.

The outside is under renovation. The staff was great. The person in front of me in line kept changing his mind on what he wanted. The woman behind the counter never got frustrated case she had to change the order multiple times.

Its Popeyes, so I wasnt expecting anything fancy - food was good and the service was okay. Only got 5 biscuits instead of 6 and there were no napkins on the tables.
