I love Cold Stone, have been "loving it" for years -- the concept, stuff, service. This store with its bad practices is an exception to the chain. Today (102F with heat index) their compressor was broken, no ac, 2 fans running for air circulation, the ice cream was melting in the bins. The kneaded ice cream was half liquid, yet they wanted to make money. I asked for "love it" size and got ice cream semi-soup! Never going to this store again!

I hate that I love Cold Stone... Hate them, but love them. I go every time I see a movie, without exception. Oreo Cream in the I Love It size. Then I crush it on my way to the parking lot, then have "pig out" remorse. Woe, for exploiting my weakness Cold Stone. Great, now I want some ice cream. Where are my stupid car keys...

This must be the only accessible cold stone for a while around here bc its usually crowded. And then if you get the wrong staff, they could take a long time and not be very enthusiastic. I think they could have more than 2 employees during busy times (even in winter).

The kid did not change plastic gloves after handling my money. Good to know his hands are clean but the cones he was making are not. Apparently he doesnt understand the concept of why they are required to wear gloves. Disappointing.

Fairly tasty ice cream treats, hand-kneaded and served up at an ass-raping price. Seriously, the prices and sizes for the manual mashing of ice cream and broken candy pieces is unbelievably expensive. Good, but not really worth it.

Waited in line for a long time and when I got the ice cream, it was all melted because the girl mixed the ice cream too long, I complained and they gave me attitude, wont ever come back to this cold stone again!

This is not ice cream.... I could not finish even the tasting spoon... we bought 3 lbs for an office party and it sat in the freezer untouched for weeks...nobody liked it...

Great choice of flavors and conveniently located. It can get busy on the weekends and parking in front can be problematic but you can always park next to the movie theater.

This place gets packed as its part of a small but isolated plaza. The staff is fun, they are always in a great mood, for the amount ppl they have to deal with.
