Aside from the food, which was good as always. I have had issues with the service several days however, today was the worst. It took 15 mins to get my order of two bagels. When I came in there were 3 people in front of me. I watched the two girls flounder around at both the register and getting food. One manager stepped in front of them to slice 6-8 bagels while I stood and waited even longer. The service is horrible and has been each time I go. I am so disappointed, I do not have time to wait for this type of service. When I go to the Camp Hill one even at the busiest rush hour I never wait that long. This needs addressed!!

This morning I was looking forward to a good breakfast sandwich and instead I was giving a mess that I had to take back, the staff was not very please and I was told I will have to wait a while for a new one and that it was going to be taken to my table. I waited and finally my husband had to go get it and yes it look so good however I order the avocado, egg whites and spinach sandwich and mine had no avocado at all. So disappointed how can you mess up that twice??? I was giving a cookie to make up for the mistake but I wish that they would just look at the quality of the food that they are making.

Customer service was mediocre at best. Cashier was somewhat snippy when asking how we wanted our bagels. All 4 coffee choices were empty, at 8:30 am. Had to tell her coffee was out, she proceeded to snap back that it was coming now. However, when coffee did come out it was only one choice. There were maybe only 3 other customers in the store and no one else in line. Overall the food was up to my high Panera Bread Standards but the customer service is extremely poor.

Very fast and efficient. Theyve never not once screwed my order up n they are super fast. By the time i pay for my order and pick my free Danish my order is finished!! Im usually the type not to leave feedback but I love this crew. Everything is fresh and fast and delicious! Please keep up the good work I wouldnt want to change my morning routine between dunkin donuts and Panera Bread!
