Twice now, even with an extra person "checking" the orders, I have not received my full order. I dont get how its so hard to confirm two soups and two sandwiches are in one bag, but this panera cant seem to figure it out! Now I have half of my meal, and Im too far away to return. Restaurant was extremely busy during lunchtime on a weekday. Employees were rushing to get orders completed and very apologetic. Food still came out great and tasted delicious! All the employees are very friendly, especially towards my 2 year old son. Love this Panera location

Order on the kiosk if there is a long line. I ordered and paid on the kiosk, took a beeper, sat down and started my homework until the buzzer went off. Very convenient. The dining area has a nice layout that isnt too crowded and the staff was friendly enough.

I would give todays visit a 5 but my daughters sandwich was so poorly put togetherthat she had a hard time eating it. The ingredients were not evenly distributed. That makes for a sad sandwich especially with the very thinly sliced cranberry walnut bread.

Ordered my food to eat in, given a buzzer and my name was screamed 2 times to pick up my order. The buzzer never went off and they packed my food to go. They offered to replace it, but I had already waited too long and not impressed.

The food is good. The atmosphere is cozy. I just dont understand why they only put one person on the cash registers when there are employees standing around and customers waiting in line at the dinner hour.
