I have an issue every time I visit this BK, in store or drive true. I understand BK has a system to make the place efficient but these employees fail to recognize that the reason they are there is because of the CUSTOMER!!! The customer service is blatantly poor! One time the cashier rang up the wrong sandwich. We went round and round trying to explain it then he put in the correct sandwich on our order on top of the wrong sandwich plus added a whopper we didnt order. I think he was new but when he asked You dont want either?", followed by "I will have to get manager" both me and I my husband almost lost it. Tonight, in the drive thru I used a coupon, the employee Shabaz was completely rude and asked me what the expiration date was on the coupon even though I received these coupons two weeks ago. When I got window all he said to me was "do you have the coupons?". I would have appreciated a Hi or even a tone of voice that was at least pleasant. He handed me my food and turns around. Where is the customer service???? Not even a Thank You. Plus I needed to him to explain a sandwich I ordered since it wasnt clearly labeled in the bag. When he came back to the window he had the most disgusted look on his face. WE ARE THE CUSTOMER! WE ARE WHY YOU ARE IN BUSINESS!

Worst customer service at the drive-through all the time. Its not just an isolated incident, judging by the other reviews Im not alone.The attitude the employees exhibit at this Burger King is shocking. How are they still employed? I have been to this Burger King numerous times and every time I have gone thru the drive-through has been a horrible experience. The person has a complete attitude and lacks of manners. From people screaming In the background as they take my order. Or the person blatantly asking "what do you want? " Instead of the typical how can I help you. Then when they cant hear you they scream "uhhhh what?" Its so ghetto dont even feel comfortable giving them my credit card. I have to pay cash. This will be my last trip to this Burger King as I always regret it. I will no longer be giving them my business. Clearly the manager has not stepped up to train their employees properly and they keep hiring trash. Id much rather give my money to Chick-fil-A where I know there wont be a possibility of spit in my food or fraud on my credit card.(I gave 1 extra star for actually getting my order correct and screwing it up as usual)

Stopped in @ 7:25PM, 7/27/17. Havent been there in over a year because of the notoriously horrible employee attitudes and it hasnt changed. Not only did I have to see the underwear clad butt of one of the saggers on the front line, I had to see him actually sit his butt on the counter, right where they place the food for customer pickup! Why would he think it was okay to sit on the counter, even if he wasnt sagging? The tall white kid who was cleaning the lobby kind of glared at me when I walked in. He then ambled behind the counter to the register and just stood there with a weird look on his face, no acknowledgement or greeting at all. There was some really animated, inappropriate conversation going on as well. This was all just too much. I turned and walked out. i believe that this is a franchise location and the operator probably doesnt care about customer service or image because they are going to get the money since its the only BK in the area.

I ordered delivery from this place once and it took them almost 2 hours to get the food to me. I called after an hour to see what the deal was and the manager said he only had one driver, but that he would be here any minute. Almost 45 minutes later the driver shows up and his excuse for being so late was that I was the last house on his delivery list. The food was cold obviously. Its been months since this incident, so I thought maybe Id give them another shot. I called the store first to see what the delivery time was and the person who answered acted very annoyed with my question and said the delivery time was 45 minutes, like I should have known that, so Im not bothering to order tonight or ever again.

The old slogans about getting exactly what you want at BK dont apply here. In my last visit, I ordered the chicken parmesan sandwich and they forgot the tomato sauce. My prior visit I ordered the smokehouse burger "plain, with the steakhouse sauce and onions." A manager argued that since I had uttered the word "plain" I shouldnt be able to get the onion straws or steak sauce that were an advertised part of the sandwich, even when I specifically had paid for more than just a patty on a bun. The restaurant is clean and conveniently located, but I can only recommend if you dont care what food you get.

I was at burger king in kingstowne, but I order 2 number 4 meal one for me and one for my friend, but I was waiting for my order 20 minutes I never got my order I asked the cashier for my order her mame was charlote or something like this she was angry with everyone that is her job if she doesnt like to work there she should quit, and also I told the manager for my money because I did not want to eat there and she was angry, she looks racist she is black lady, Just because I dont speak english very well,.... NO RECOMIENDO IR A ESTE LUGAR NO SIRVE Y LA CASHIER Y LA MANAGER SON RACISTA ..

Decent store, and fast enough for a fast food restaurant. Some orders might take long whenever they are in rush hour or short in staff. Otherwise, they tried their hardest to serve food for the customers. I love the place and the staffs are friendly, especially the cashier, Phu, he is an amazing guy. He is a drive-through order taker, but he also take orders in front whenever there is no cashier in front. If they make any wrong orders or the fries arent hot enough, just ask them and they are pleased to make another one for you without any hesitation.

Dinning room/Lobby is always dirty, management doesnt seem to care much. Yet they are always stressing about getting an inspection. If they are so worried about that, they need to hire more people to clean. Also I see a lot of employees on their cell phones. Very poor quality and customer service!!! If I were a customer coming to eat at this establishment, I would not come back. Yes its pretty sad to know that this is coming from a employee!

This used to be a decent fast food restaurant. But for the past year, it has gone downhill. The worst thing is that it is a waste of time to go through the drive thru. They must fill up a dozen of each flavor of soda and let them sit there to go flat before a customer gets it. And if you tell them it is flat, then he just hands you another flat one that was sitting there.
