Went in the other night about 45 minutes before closing and ordered a dozen donuts. We waited and waited. I watched a manager take out ticket down and put it with the completed tickets without even making our donuts. Eventually people came and left and we kept waiting. Even though wed been standing there about 30 minutes, the employees walked to the back and were doing other duties for closing and not a single person asked if they could help us. I finally asked an employee about our donuts. He went and found our ticket with the completed ones. He asked how that happened and the manager who did it didnt say a word. They finally made our donuts and handed them to us but we wont be back again. Definitely disappointing.

Donuts are amazing! After experiencing them in OBX last week, we knew we had to make the 30 minute drive from our home town, York to Mechanicsburg to taste them once again. It was a little after 1230pm on a Tuesday, so the place was empty. The two gentlemen working were so friendly and helpful. I ordered a donut for my daughter and after getting it, being the indecisive 3 year old that she is, decided she didnt want that kind. I went up to the counter to order her a different donut and the nice man gave it to her without charging us. I offered to pay but he said not to worry about it. That was the best customer service I have received in a very long time. We will definitely be back for more!

I love it here. As my best friend said, "sorry other donuts. Were gonna have to break up." Once you eat a warm fresh made donut, you dont want giant donuts. They offer only a white cake donut but trust me with all the toppings, you wont miss cream filled. If you are new, go with the classic maple iced with bacon. Just oh my glob delicious. Seating in there is limited. If you go when its busy you might have to stand. I honestly always eat there. I dont want to miss out on my warm donut. If you must take out, you can gently warm up on a low setting on a standard oven or toaster oven for 3-5 minutes.

Good tasting donuts but I would still prefer a fresh off the line Krispy Kreme original glazed. No comparison but these are definitely better tasting then Dunkin Donuts or Maple Donuts. It would have been nice though if the girl in the black shirt had paid more attention to our order rather than having a conversation with 5 other co-workers that were just standing around. Maybe then she might have gotten our order right and not after people that came in 10 minutes after us (wasnt very busy).

The donuts are good, but there are not a lot of places to sit. Also, their donuts can get messy, which is ok. Its what I expect when I decide to put certain toppings on a donut, but I wish they at least offered little paper plates and plastic forks to use if you want to sit and eat at the store. The box could be used instead of a plate if you eat alone, but when you are there with a few people plates would be a nice option.

Go early or be prepared to wait in a long line for a fresh, cake donut. The custom donuts are good, but the breakfast sandwiches belong more in a gas station, with bland bagels and processed tasting fried eggs. Im at a loss why they dont use the donuts as a bread choice for breakfast sandwiches as well. The parking lot is too small and people turning left back onto the Pike hold up traffic during the busier hours.

Whats not to like about a donut? Thenprice, for one. The lack of distinct flavors between the toppings. The fact that its the same, cake donut, with less than flavorful toppings, and the extremely confusing ordering sheet. If youre charging $1.40 per donut, at least have instructions posted that match your ordering pad, and more than one ordering pad. Id rather buy my donuts at Giant.

Loved these warm donuts (all cake-type dough). I chose coconut topping and there was not nearly as much coconut as pictured. Very skimpy. Krispy Kreme still is tops. The layout of the store could have been better designed. Small pet peeve of mine.... need a purse hook in the ladies room. I WILL return, at least till we get a Krispy Kreme in out area.

Staff is terribly unhelpful! I spilled my cup of coffee while adding sugar at the coffee bar, and it dripped all over the duck merchandise next to the table. The cashier and manager stood and watched me clean up the mess with all the napkins I could find! There were new t-shirts soaked in coffee and they could care less! Me too after that experience!

Delicious! A unique take on donuts that you dont see every day. Duck Donuts are much, much better than Dunkin Donuts. They are always fresh and made to order. Even reheated, they are still delicious. The store is very clean. Seating is offered to enjoy your donuts right after purchase and many drink choices are available. Highly recommend!

Do you want doughnuts? How about fresh doughnuts that are still warm? They have a great selection of doughnuts, they have a great selection of drinks and they sell their own branded merchandise. The store is very small, but the wait is worth it. Parking is troublesome as well. Its very popular right now, but the parking lot is small.

They just make the standard cake donut here but watching the donut get made in front of you is simply fun and the variety of toppings that can be applied helps personalize the flavor. Get em while their hot because they definitely lose something once cold.

You get to watch your donuts made to order and they are hot and decadent. There was also an adorable promo for Valentines Day where you could get 10 valentines, each with a coupon for a free donut, for $10. A good value and a super cute idea.

Dont let the lines scare you, they move quickly. The donuts have a cake consistency and theyre delicious. I had one with icing and I think I would have liked it better with powdered sugar or sugar and cinnamon.

Whats not to like: fresh hot donuts with anything from glaze to bacon to oreos to salted carmel drizzle on top! Donut is good size and very affordable--less than $2! Workers polite and prompt. Reccomended!

Full disclosure, Im not a donut fan, but if you slap bacon on ANYTHING Im gonna eat it. Gotta have bacon crumble and either maple or chocolate topping, then do the other as your drizzle.

Watch as they make your order. These are much richer than dunkin donuts and much more delicious. Try peanut butter with bacon. This may sound odd, but its amazing.

Great if you eat there or soon after you leave. They are hot and fresh and just wonderfully gooey and tasty. Just wish they did jellies and filled donuts too!
