HORRIBLE!!! I ordered a chicken Ceasar salad and I was handed a container with lettuce and chicken. Seriously!? Everyone knows a Ceasar means Parmesan cheese and croutons. Its the easiest salad you can make! Yet the kitchen staff thought it was OK to put chicken on top of dry lettuce. Its unacceptable. I did not notice until I got all the way back to work and I wasnt going back. I want a full refund and I dont want a FREE salad. Im never coming back. Its ridiculous. I ordered from here about 3 months ago, paid extra for bacon, yet there was NO bacon! I dont even know why I bothered coming back, but its close to my job so I decided to give this IHOP another chance. I mean I was only getting a Ceasar, they cant possibly mess that up right? WRONG!

People are nice they treat you good but whats up with not serving the dish complete.?. this is my FOURTH time going in there asking for the ham and egg melt and no freaking pickle.???. i even asked them before i ordered the plate if they had pickle and then i double checked if the plate had pickle in it and she said yes.!. but then my plate gets to my house and there is no freakin pickle do they not check the order or is it the cook that just dont care.???. like for real i payed for the whole meal including the pickle they didnt take a couple dollars away from the meal because it was missing the pickle nor did they substitute it for more fries nothing and the little bit of fries they put on my plate was unacceptable.!!!!!.

Had the pleasure of being a team member and being a customer prior to and post employment. Listen here, to expect great guest service is normal but to demand the members to perform above and beyond their inherit scope of duties is extremely unfair. The team is well oiled, from management - all the way down to the hosts. This establishment still delivers the impossible under the most unfair conditions, and none of the commentary from the people that constantly visit suggest otherwise. To the man who got "burned pancakes", was your order too complicated because the most customization you impose, the longer it takes. Pancakes dont take long and Ive never seen anyone delivered burned unless their food was over-customized.

The worst experience Ive ever had in IHOP, located at 2526 University Blvd, Wheaton, MD, 20906. I sat for an hour waiting my food. After one hour, the manager made eye contact and let me know to wait longer. I walked out, and his face was like I dont care !!! He didnt even say sorry and wasnt willing to tell me whats going on !!! I came back I asked him why I wasnt served that long. He told me the most irresponsible response. He said he wasnt aware of that I was waiting that long. He tried to blame me for not staying longer after the eye contact. I was there around 10:30 AM. I didnt see a lot of people, but he acted like there were a lot of people. It was the worst experience, and I dont like it !!! I dont appreciate!!!

No puedo creer que la Manager nos sacará solo porque mi amiga estaba enferma y estaba bomitando dijo que en ihop no atendían gente enferma que desalojaramos que barbaridad y que atropello e ido muchas veses ai pero ya no mas por la falta de respeto que le asen a las personas y por no atender gente enferma estúpida manager

Worst IHOP out there. Ate there in a group food was slow but the service was the worst. The waitress had a attitude problem, at no point in the meal did any of the six of us get a refill on our drinks or any of the water asked for. Then after multiple inquiries she and the manager brought out 7 glasses of water for a six person table to show their ability in being able to deliver water and also how much distaste they have for those who ask for it. At that point we had already asked for the check multiple times and it took a few more tired to get. Rude service, no drinks, slow food do not reccomend this IHOP would drive literally anywhere else.

Crowded, dirty, fair service. The nicest people here are the managers, but theyre not serving the food. The IHOP on 29 is night and day from this one...food is good, coffee is good, service is good--actually the service is excellent literally every time I go. The manager there is sooooo customer service oriented that even if you dont like something,theyll take it off or try to fix it just as you like it. The food is actually really good, but I go because the pricing is great and because I know I wont be disappointed by the service.

I came here twice and both experiences at this location just sucked. Our server named Robert gave terrible service. When we asked for a simple refill, he replied saying "when I find the time, ill do it." We ended up waiting for a refill for 15 minutes. And did I mention the wait for our food? I work in the food industry myself and if food is going to take a little while, customers would like to know so. Dont leave then hanging with no update on how much longer the food will take.

Their food is really sweet and they take twenty minutes for one ceser salad they say ceser salad is only lettuce the inside of that is old country but on the window sill it was filled with ants and their is honey all over the place. The person who was serving us was sweet but forgot a lot and was really slow. I dont recommend eating their that shouldnt be called u hop it should be called i because the workers have a hard time of working because they speak to each otherwise

Average IHOP. This place needs a major overhaul in decorations. The whole place looks old and stale. The food seems to be at par with other IHOPs, however, becuase the place looks old and thereby average clean at best, this place ends up being the last option when it comes to food around Wheaton. Since its open 24hrs, I guess they are surviving on the late late night business.

After I ordered my food I left, got my car washed, and picked up my dry cleaning and the food still didnt come. So I watched all the episodes of Game of Thrones to pass the time (spoiler alert: Ned Stark dies). I found the love of my life in the next booth and took her to the courthouse to get married. She gave birth to a beautiful baby boy 9 months later. Then our food came

The service in this ihop is terrible. I have been several times to this ihop and around 90% of times the service is horrible. There is a waitress there who always has an attitude and does not even talk or approach people as customers. The restaurant looks dirty inside and on Sundays the lines are super long. The food sometimes comes out cold and they bring the orders wrong.

Worst ihop ever! While my fiancé and I were ordering our food, our server (NELSON) stared to argue with us because we didnt want peppers on our spicy sandwich. We ordered around 4am our food, its 4:30am, we have been waiting for our food 30min, so we asked if we can get it to go, but we found out that the server didnt send the order to the kitchen yet!!!!!
