My first experiance at this location 9-21-13 about 4:30 pm and it was bad. Started out with a long line at the door, only one cashier. Placed my order afterwards the service got even slower, , only two people on the line one plated an the other bagged eventually another associate began to help.My wifes order came after a ten minute wait my order was ribs which the line staff shouted numerous times two inquire how long. Twenty minutes later i asked to see the manager two inform her of my situation (the long wait) along with i would keep my wifes found but i would not wait any longer. Her only remarks where they will be out in one minute, no kind of applogy for my enconvenice or poor service at all. when i asked her did she keep my wifes food on the ticket and the staff inquired also she told them to take the food off the counter. An shouted at me i gave you your money.She should not manage a (dog house)

Ive eaten at this Boston Market for over 2 years and have come to the following: Pros- Chicken is so juicy and seasoned Love the sides Buy one, get one day is awesome Cons- Staff is bipolar, sometimes friendly and other times very rude, like wtf ppl you dont own Boston Market. Sometimes you have to ask for fresh sides and then the staff become annoyed...again a staffing issue. Ive caught a female employee rolling her eyes at my request for some topping on my sweet potatoes...like really In all fairness there are a few people (the bald manager, guy with glasses and black head wrap, and guy who drives the Charger) who are really nice. BUT the rest of the staff need to be replaced.

This is the second time This location has left out my side orders. I get my meals to go and my fault for not checking the bag and trusting the staff who clearly cannot do their job- the store was not busy- the order is right in front of them. I have been cheated by you twice now its ridiculous. Once I get home and realize part of the order is missing it makes no sense to go back just to get it. Simple mistakes like this happening twice to the same person proves why they suck

i really like boston market in general but this location scares me. twice ive witnessed questionable food handling techniques. yesterday worker dropped his tongs on the floor and quickly snatched them up and put them back up on the cutting block. last time a worker was swapping out a pan of food and was dripped a lot of that water from the underside of the pan he was changing into the mashed potatoes. i mentioned it to the manager who assured me it wasnt a problem.

A year ago this was 5 stars.. currently you can save time and order online which entitles you to wait 30 minutes after paying... Not even an apology. . . Just handed me a cold bag of food. . . Terrible customer service... Will not use this locations services as an individual or on part of my local business.

We order a couple of things the order was incomplete. The chicken Carver was really good, the ChicKen Pot Pie was not enough flavor but well done taste Blane, The pull BBQ pork sandwich was ok and the chicken soup was delicious
