DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!! THE STAFF IS LAZY/UNPROFESSIONAL, AND THIS LOCATION IS CLEARLY POORLY MANAGED (AND HAS BEEN FOR SOME TIME). I visited this location last summer, and the service was appalling (at best). The server took about 20 minutes before initially coming to our table to take our drink order. When we finally got the drinks, the drink order was wrong. In addition, it took nearly 40 minutes for our table (of two) to get our food, which was remarkably average. We voiced our concerns to the manager who said (nonchalantly) that we did not have to pay for our meals. Frankly, we absolutely were not trying to get a free meal; however, after that experience, I felt that this action was appropriate and well-deserved. It just struck me as odd that the manager did not seem concerned about our unacceptable dining experience. I recently returned to this business (with great hesitation), thinking that the dining experience could only be better - since it was so horrendous several months ago. WRONG!! We walked in and were greeted and seated almost immediately; however, after waiting at the table (for two) for nearly 30 minutes (with no one having taken our drink or food orders), we just decided to leave. The restaurant did not appear to be busy, and at one point (after about 10 minutes into this 30-minute ordeal) a manager walked by our table and just looked sort of oddly as he continued to pass us. As we were leaving, a server approached us and explained that he did not realize that our table was assigned to him. REALLY? Why didnt you find out or - at minimum - ask us if our order had been taken ? After all, it was obvious that there was some sort of issue because we were just sitting there with no food or drinks for an unacceptable timeframe. When we explained to the server that we had been waiting for nearly 30 minutes and were leaving, his response was a casual - OK. I will not return to this location. The staff is inefficient and obviously not well-trained, and this behavior starts at the top. Therefore, I believe that this location is poorly managed. There is absolutely no customer-first presence. The workers seem lazy, nonchalant, and completely incapable. The manager should be fired, or this location should be closed - IMMEDIATELY!!

I am always a fan of good price drinks and yummy food but I must say the daytime experience at Fridays #2036 is nothing like the evening experience. My server was Abriana. She was alright as far as service is concerned until the food came out. I asked for no bread crumbs on my pasta... it tasted like they literally washed the bread crumbs off. She asked the manager to come over and tild him how i felt about it. He offered to take if off the bill. I declined because I was so hungry a little bland and mac and cheese wasnt going to stop me. I ordered my steak medium rear and it was well done. So in other words it was dry as hell... I told my server and she said "well I brought u the manager and you told him everything was fine... I know it is over cooked but u shouldve told him when he was here now it just look like you want free food." I was completely offended.... the bill was literally 23.49. I hold her at the time i hadnt even tried the steak and i mentioned to him (the manager) i was hungry so I can pick through the task of eating my Mac and cheese. I had no idea the rest Of the dish was awful at that time. Furthermore, I dont go out to eat if u cant afford it.... I could buy this cheap food 100 times over and not put a dent in my cash flow. This place is local and like i said cheep drinks was right up my ally this Wednesday afternoon. However this was the last 23.48 I spend here. I know some Black fokes play games for free stuff but it is evident by my full plate of food I hated it all... no to go box needed. Mr. KENDRICK PITMAN YOU NEED TOO TAKE A VISIT TO STORE 2036. AND MS. ABRIANA 673 NOT ALL BLACK PEOPLE WANT FREE FOOD. What a shame because usually tip excellently to support other melinanated sistas.

My girlfriend and I have been to this place a few times in the past, and most of the time the service is OKAY and the food is OKAY. We normally have coupons and decide to save some money so we go here. However, that has all changed after tonights experience. My girlfriend and I left after a snowy day to get some food and a few drinks. We were seated quite quickly, however, that was the extent of the good service for the remainder of our dining experience. After seated, the waitress came by and asked us what we would like for drinks. My girlfriend wanted a strawberry daiquiri and I wanted a beer on tap. I go ahead and show the waitress my ID, and she tells me she can not serve me because I have a vertical license. The license clearly indicates that I turned 21 on March 28, 2007 (2+ years ago). It also clearly indicates my DOB (03/28/1986). The license is valid till 2011. I have been served in the past at this specific place, and now all of a sudden my license is no good here. I ask to speak to the manager, who ends up also telling me that my drivers license is not sufficient. I am beyond baffled at this point considering I must have ordered over 20 drinks from them in the past. After this fiasco, I decided to just bite my lip and order. We ordered an appetizer, which took way too long to come out. Because of this, we ended up getting our entrees about two minutes after our appetizer. The waitress took forever to come around and refill my drink and ask us how the food was. This total experience was just rotten. They have lost us as customers forever.

I never had bad service Fridays we eat dinner at the food service area the service was out standing the server name was jenefer somethings like that she was great full we had a out standing service we done dinner me and my two other friends change the place to the bar after we close the bill as soon as we sit at the bar the lady come to us she drop the bar menu she explain about the special and go back she was paying attention after that she ignore us even when I wave my hand she act like she didnt see me and she gone out to speak one person I ask her who is our waiter she say I will be back after 30 minit waiting she come back and asking Id we show her the id and she take our order one blue moon and one black label another gray gose vodka with orange juce we wait another 15 minut she didnt bring it my gust they get upset they change mind not to have any drink she mess up our night my friend did to his girlfriend proposal thats why I take them out I am a regular custemer for Fridays since 1999 I start go to Fridays at Charlotte nc this time I am very desapointed with Fridays to tell you the truth you need to change with the new team at the bar for your Feuter custemer you need to get read of all the bartender at this location I was working at the marriot Hottel for 15 years I know how to Handel the gust even if they upset while we step out she just say bye sorry sorry her self !!!
