It was awful. The food was luke warm. We were ravenous so we ate, but the longer we thought about it, the worse it got. Lukewarm food means that the server is inattentive, or that the kitchen allows food to sit too long or....it is not cooked to proper temperature. And then we looked at other reviews and for the last month which also indicates that slow serving or undercooked low temperature food has happened over and over. If food is not cooked to temperature, it is not safe to eat. We contacted TGIF home office, and we got a boiler plate stock TGIF response. "We apologize your visit did not meet your expectations. Your description of the service you received does not meet our high standards....yada yada...Sincerely, Reynald R Guest Relations Support So my wife said..."gee whiz if you contact TGIF Friday direct and they dont take it serious, and other reviewers have posted about food at substandard temperature, maybe you should contact the BBB and the Health Department so someone doesnt get sick." So I have contacted the BBB and the PA Department of Health is next. There are way too many good options folks to put up with TGIF especially if main office knows and no positive change has taken place. If you are in Harrisburg PA near Union Deposit, there are dozens of choices nearby. Texas Roadhouse, Outback Steak House are right across the street! and OReillys Tap Room & Kitchen around the corner are much better options! So imho ditch TGIF Friday and go elsewhere!!!

Food was good when it came to my table, but I was not impressed with the experience. My girlfriend and I were very patient throughout our time there with our waitress, but my girlfriends food showed up before her drink and another 30 minutes for my food to show up. Meanwhile, my girlfriends food got cold as she was waiting for me to get mine so that we could eat together. While observing what was going on we noticed that the staff was not working together as a team to get customers what they needed as well as us. The hostess who should be at the podium kept walking away to talk to another Co worker completely ignoring that there are customers waiting to be seated resulting in some actually walking out of the restaurant out of frustration. I asked for a side of Jack Daniels sauce three times to two different employees (one being our waitress who was overwhelmed to begin with) and it took 20 minutes to get that. Our waitress would walk by us and never asked how our food was or if we needed drink refills which we needed. If any management are looking at this review I would recommend looking into why the employees struggle to work together. Especially the ones who worked on 03/25/2017 around 8pm. We came to hershey to celebrate our anniversary from Rochester NY and not being from around here we decided to come here as we have a Tgi Fridays local to us that has always been good. If I come back to visit hershey again I will not come back to this restaurant.

Service was terrible. Waited 15 to be acknowledged and seated, then we were seated at a dirty table. We had to get up to allow the waiter to sweep the floor after we cleaned out own table with or own personal Lysol wipes. The places was empty but food took a very long time to come out. My childs food was not cooked fully. We were never offered refills and we had to clear our own table because no one ever removed empty plates. I ordered endless appetizers and none of my food was hot. Im from out of town but I will never eat here again. I was thoroughly disgusted. The place was filthy. I watched a old dirty plate sitting out the entire time we were there (1.5 hrs). The bathroom was filthy and had a strong urine odor in the ladies room, the sinks were full of paper and there were no paper towels to dry your hands with the entire time we were there. Please pay attention to the reviews and save you money/ time.

Gonna start with, my friend and I stopped there this afternoon (7-5-17). The waitress was a hot mess. She kept having the peoples food that was sitting 3 booths down from us delivered to our table, this happened about 4 times. She had our food delivered to them twice. She put my friends food in to the cooks, but forgot mine. Also this waitress doubled my check (total)!!!!! She kept apologizing for every little thing, telling everyone it was her 1st day by herself and that nobody would help her, which Im not sure that was true. She wasnt very customer friendly and sure didnt act like she wanted to be there. Now, if what she was telling everyone was true then I feel for her. But she shouldnt be announcing that kind of stuff. Overall the food was great, but the service really sucked...very disappointed...

This is one of the worst Fridays Ive ever been to. When arriving there was no host at the stand to seat us. It took about 5 min for someone to realize we were standing there. After being seated and placing our order there was a very public argument between employees. One employee was telling another to "meet him outside". Not only that our food took about 25 min to get to our table and all we ordered was two burgers. Mine tasted like crap but because I was so hungry I ate it anyway. It was suppose to be well done but there was pink in the burger. You would assume some it took so long the burger would be basically burnt. But no! if I would have asked for another one, I wouldnt doubt the trashy employees would have spit in my food. The only redeemable thing was that there was a football game on the tv.

I ate here this week in the early evening (5:00 ish) and was displeased with many things about the place, i will not return and i would not recommend the place to anyone. The floor was dirty... there was food and napkin pieces laying all over the place. Our waitress looked like a hooker with super tight clothes and bright red lipstick. I ordered a burger and fries and the fries looked like they were left over from lunch... soaked in grease and cold. The waitress didnt return after food was delivered to see if we needed anything until i was already done with my sandwhich. Then, the bathroom had no paper towels so had to come out of the restroom with soaked hands and use a napkin from a table setting to dry them. Overall... poor atmosphere, poor service and poor quality of food !!

I ordered take out I got the Cajun chicken shrimp alfredo. While I waited for my change I looked at my dish and didnt think it was a 16 dollar dish i considered not even buying it it was so little for the money....,considering the fact tho that it didnt even cover the bottom of the take out box the protein seemed adequate but give me some pasta to go with it please. I did ask if it was a normal order cause for 16 dollars and no salad to go with it didnt seem worth my money I told the bartender who got the manager he said it looked llke a normal amount but ooffered more pasta just to please me. No one seemed happy and the bartender did take her time helping me i probley wont eat there again cause portion size is small for the money you pay and the dish was only so so.
