Another entry in the fast-casual build your own pizza game. A few things make Eklectic Pie stand out. 1. Above average quantity of toppings selections. 2. Above average quality of toppings (if you like sausage theirs is fantastic). 3. Fresh sliced jalapeños. This alone should qualify Eklectic Pie for best in game. Pickled jalapeños are an abomination of a pizza topping. Who likes their pizza to taste vinegary? Thats disgusting. I will literally decide to eat at Eklectic Pie over their competition because of their jalapeño policy. 4. They have interesting fountain drink options including cream soda & ginger ale. Sweetened with real sugar. 5. Cool atmosphere with a uniquely decorated dining room. There are a couple of negatives... 1. Pizza ovens are weak. Wood-fired brick oven is the gold standard for putting the heat into ones pizza. At Eklectic Pie were looking at the opposite end of the spectrum. It looks like a toaster oven. They should hide it. 2. Crust is below average. Smacks of saltine crackers. I suspect that the weak ovens may contribute to this.

The name may be a little weird to pronounce, but I highly recommend everyone to stop in at least once for some pizza! I dont know why there are so many complaints about the crust. Its thin crust pizza. Typically, Im a pan pizza and thick crust fan, but Eklectics crust is perfect. The options are fantastic. Literally a subway for pizza. Probably my favorite specialty pizza so far is Cowboy BBQ. Now thats probably the weirdest, most brilliant pizza Ive ever tasted. However, I love the pizza, but that is not the best part of this restaurant. The soda machine has a different brand of sodas instead of the typical Pepsi or Coke options. No. They have Black Cherry, Birch Beer, and probably the most delicious: Cream Soda. Its absolutely fantastic. Honestly, Ive been to Pie Five (another pizza stop just like Eklectic) and I refuse to go back. Nothing against Pie Five, but Eklectic blows them out of the water in almost every aspect.

My husband and I came here a couple weeks ago. We were so impressed by the quality of the customer service, the types of food that was offered and how delicious it all was. I was amazed to see they even offer dairy free cheese, the daiya brand (I have a child with a dairy intolerance). When I asked about the cheese, the girl that made my pizza who suffers from Gluten and dairy intolerance made an entire pizza just for my little boy so that I could take it home for him to try. She went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. We also loved the monday night prices-you get a whole pizza for only $5, it might actually be all day I cant remember. Either way, we will definitely be back. Thanks Eklectic Pie!

I cant honestly understand why anyone would give this place less than 5 stars. This place is SOOOO good. We wont waste our money at any other pizza place after trying this one. Every one of their pizzas are quite delicious, their salads are good, and their desserts are way better than those of any other pizza place. Not to mention, they have the natural sugar cane sodas ON TAP here. Our family doesnt drink soda, unless we get food from here, then we indulge. Seriously though, if you havent tried this place and you are looking for good, quick, wallet friendly food, give it a shot. Our family is hooked.

Being gluten free, it is hard to find a good pizza. They dont have a good gluten free pizza here, they have a great one. In fact, it is probably the best gluten free pizza I have ever had the pleasure of eating. The crust was cooked just right, and despite it being a thin crust pizza, it was nice and fluffy. I also loved the marinara. I havent had mariana that good since I was in Italy. Overall, the place has amazing food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I cant wait to be back so I can go there again.

Meh, its OK. If you want a build your own style pizza, you are better off at Mod Pizza. The pizza here isnt crispy and kinda soggy because they want it to you fast. Itd be better if they cooked it a little longer. Its not bad, but definitely wont be on the list of places to go for dinner later on. Also, theres no coke or Pepsi products, only boylan bottling company. Theres a reason youve never heard of it, its not that good. On a plus, the cookie pizza is good. It was $35 for a family of three.

This place is real fun. Each pizza is small so everyone got exactly what they wanted. The plain cheese guy was happy and the everything on it guys were also happy. They let me pick want ever I wanted on the pizza. I had the wine country with added mushrooms and chicken. They are still a new place and working the details of the line. Service is a bit slow. Well worth the little wait. Service is plenty fast for lunch escape from work.

I love the pizza from Eklectic pie especially the flame thrower (buffalo wing style pizza). They have an 8 inch and 11 inch pizza option and all the crust is thin. The downside is that they had to raise their prices recently because of the price increase of minimum wage (Thank you Arizona voters, Im glad "raising minimum wage doesnt affect prices").

Simple, clean, assembly line style pizza thats reasonably priced and comes out pretty quick. Cute interior, lots of seating, and I like the soda fountain featuring soda from a brand named Boylan (never heard of, but was tasty). No gluten free options, but definitely doesnt take away from what they do have. Definitely worth the trip!

Perfect date night spot, the atmosphere is great, and the pizza is even better! Ive had Mod Pizza and Fired Pie, but this is way better. I see reviews about the crust- its actually tastier than any other brick oven place Ive been to. 5 stars all around- the drinks are even good!

This place opened recently, so I decided to try it out. The pizza here is great! Very fresh and you can build your personal pizza any way you want! They also have craft beers on tap! Great decor and atmosphere as well. I will definitely be coming back. Check it out!

Their pizzas were delicious! They are thin crust pizzas, personally not my favorite, but the flavor totally made up for it! And their dessert pizza were the bomb! The environment was great too! Love the style of the place! And their customer service was awesome!!!

First time here! Everyone was so nice and welcoming! I didnt know what to get so the guy was very helpful with me. I came on a day that they have a buy one get one free. Their pizza is good- not much of a fan of their marinara sauce but their alfredo sauce is good!

This place is fantastic! Vegan friendly and the staff is so nice! They even helped my girlfriend out with a scavenger hunt where eclectic pie was one of the locations. They go over the top with friendliness. This place is amazing and the food is fantastic.
