I have been a customer of Streets of New York at other locations throughout the valley for 15 years with no issues, they are one of my favorite spots for pizza, wings and I love their salads! I placed an online order with this location through GrubHUb for lunch today. I ordered and received confirmation of an order of AntiPasta salad and a greek salad. With dressing specified on the order and on the confirmation. When I received the order there were no dressings. At this point I called and spoke to the delivery driver to see if they were left in the car by mistake, she apologized for not having them and said she would alert the manager upon her return and have him contact me. After this point we looked at the salads and realized that instead of an AntiPasta salad we had received a cob salad of some sort with breaded chicken and hard boiled eggs. Upon further review the salad was not only wrong, it was rotten, with a section of lettuce so spoiled it was literally the constancy of sewage. At this point I decided to wait to hear from the manager to voice all of my complaints with the order at once. After an hour of no response from the store directly I contacted Grubhub who investigated and spoke with Streets of New York on my behalf. They got back to my promptly and advised that the store was offering a credit or a refund but needed the rotten salad returned in order to process the refund. I agreed, pulled the salad out of the trash and waited for them to come retrieve it. After several hours I was off work and still had not heard from Streets of New York about picking up the salad. I took the salad directly back to the location since it was made clear this was necessary to process my refund. The manager on duty knew nothing about the mishap, and advised me that the GENERAL MANAGER of the store Shi was on duty at the time and must have made the request to have the salad returned and decided not to reply to my original complaint of no dressing as filed with the delivery driver. I was irritated with the lack of response without contacting a third party and the insinuations of returning an item that was less than expected to begin with, to find out that this level of "customer service" came from the GENERAL MANAGER infuriated me. If this is the level of importance placed on customer satisfaction he will receive no further business from me or any one else at my location if I can help it. And the salad on display while waiting for Streets of New York to come pick it up was definitely a conversation starter to say the least.

So I just ordered a double portion of penne pasta, Alfredo sauce, sausage, and mushrooms. I was excited initially to eat some good NY Italian food, that is no where near what Im eating right now. First and foremost they forgot the mushrooms so my order isnt even correct which is a quality control error that shouldnt be allowed to happen. All orderes...especially deliveries should be checked for accuracy. Anyway....my sausage and sauce are not mixed with my pasta, they are set on top....where is the pride and preparation required to make it in a city with hundreds of restaurants to chose from? And last but not least the Alfredo sauce is 80% heavy cream...and I taste it. They are not putting anywhere close to enough Parm and Romano, probably to save money, but that doesnt do me right... Im mad because I wanted it to be good. I am WANTING to be a patron of an Italian restaurant out here, but streets of NY in Mesa failed on getting my order correct, assembling my food correctly and quality of ingredients....come guys, seriously, its pasta. The owner should be at the manager, the manager should be mad at the chef. The chef should be mad at the prep, and the delivery guy should be mad at everyone for sending him out there to be the face of the establishment with second rate, incorrect orders. Im at 1750 s. First time going to this place and i was pleasantly surprised when i saw how cool the inside was but that is how far the five star rating goes. Now for the real rating on food. The waitress was awesome and very attentive. Ordered 12 piece honey bbq wings. Not good at all, luke warm and it seems like they put sauce over wings that have been sitting out for sometime. We ordered buffalo chicken pizza, but what was handed to us was garlic chicken pizza. Notified staff of the mistake and to my surprise the waitress told my wife and i that that was buffalo pizza even though there was nothing buffalo about it. No red sauce, and it was loaded in garlic. I will not go back, i had better pizza at barros. I dont recommend this place if you are looking for good pizza, or the correct pizza.

Came in about 830pm on a Saturday. There werent very many cars in the lot.. but we really wanted pizza and we were already here, so we decided to give it a go. It was a hit! Our waitress, Lacey, was great. Very attentive and pleasant. We ordered two slices, a dozen boneless wings and a couple of drinks. She offered complimentary passion bread (so yummy) and the wings were out lickity split. Very good flavor and fresh. The pizza was great, too! Lots of cheese and good salami. Well definitely be coming here again. :)

Worst delivery and dine-in experience ever!!! Delivery took over an hour and thirty minutes when they said it would be 45 minutes.. Ive ordered delivery several times and every time they completely ruin the order.. Ive tried over and over with this place and have given them chances to redeem themselves but still they fail at every aspect of costumer service or any type of services for that matter. Whoever owns this place should really take a look at the employees and figure out what is was wrong with this place..

We came here for the first time today. And I was shocked when I was told it would be $20 for my MEDIUM pizza! Are you kidding me? I mean...the pizza was good and all...but for 20 bucks it was mediocre at best. And it was just a medium! You can get 4 LARGE pizzas hot n ready from little Caesars (which are just as good if not better) for the price of one medium here. I will not be coming back unless you lower your prices to match the quality you put out.

pizza came back undertone, literally falling to pieces in my hand. then another time I ordered, they forgot part of my order. now I know mistakes happen and Im not one to punish people for them. but, I draw the line when the manager wasted my time and lied to me... so, I give 2 stars because its only redeemable quality is the other staff. apart from that, its a spotty chance youll get your order and get it right, so I suggest you order elsewhere!

Called in for take out asked me to hold. Ok 15 minutes later they disconnected me. Yes had phone on speaker phone. Folding clothes. Called back they said sorry out me on hold. Folding clothes same thing. Ok I like your pizza but after calling back took order and short with me. Youre busy but I order often. After tonight going to look for better service.
