Went in for about the 3 or 4th time the other day. My wife met me for lunch and we had to take it to go so I could get back to my office. While there we realized they had forgotten the apple juice and the dipping sauce for my daughters chicken nugget kids meal. Since we were already eating and I couldnt leave work again to go back over there we just called to make them aware of the mistake. They took a message and I thought that would be the end of it. A little while later I got a call from the manager apologizing and wanting to make it up to me. This kind of service and attitude is lost for the most part these days. If their manager can take time to review mistakes like this and get back to me with the apologetic and kind atitude I am happy to go back. Of course the food being good helps that too;)

Great price for great food!! I had eaten at the habit it St George and it was delicious. But someone else always paid. Today I took my family and I was blown away at the great price. I spent a little less than I do at McDonalds and got so much better food! I ordered the Santa Barbara char and it was outstanding. I highly recommend this place as a much better alternative to any fast food place. If I could give it a 4.5 stars I would. The bathroom was fairly clean but not perfect. This could have been because it was lunch rush. All and all its an excellent place to eat.

My Girlfriend/now Wife introduced me to the Habit. It was the one in South Jordan and right next to her work. The Habit menu is pretty small and is just made up of Hamburgers/Salads and a few other specialities. I recently had the grilled cheese (on the kids menu) and we had the tempura green beans. Both of those were excellent. Ill sometimes get the Tuna burger and even occasionally a hamburger. The Habit is the place to go to if you really want a good burger.

Ive never been served a burger this raw. I love a medium rare steak and Im not squeamish with a little pink in the burger but medium rare shouldnt be an option for a burger. I dove into a burger on sourdough, not really looking, just eating. After a few bites I looked down and was blown away. This patty spent 30 seconds on the grill. I order 2 hamburgers mustard and ketchup only, yet every bit into there hamburger tastes like pickles which is my most hated item. So they assembled 2 hamburgers with pickles, than took the pickles off and served it them to me. What happens when some one allergic to pickles eats here? I will never return here and I live next door :-(

If I order a specific item on the menu, ask to just put on one additional (from the list usually rattled off) additive, and them Im asked if I dont want anything on it at all, thats pretty bad alone. Then, the burger comes out with dang near everything on it and the whole operation is botched. Oh well, Ill enjoy the fries I guess.

If you want a good burger without all the fuss, this could be your place. The food is great. The menu is simple. The service is decently fast. The fixings are diverse enough to separate it from other burger places. I cannot think of anything I would change about this place other than sometimes its hard to find a clean table.

The habit is always delicious, but what made me want to write a review was the treatment by the staff and particularly the manager. My online order got lost somehow and the manager did not charge me just in case the online order did go through. Very nice guy.

Great food! Great service! They have a simple menu and a pager like is used at Olive Garden. The difference is that The Habit uses it to inform you when your food is ready. The prices are less than Red Robin but more than Wendys or McDonalds.

My wifes favorite burger chain. I also enjoyed the chicken sandwich. And dont forget the chocolate strawberry shake. Thats right, if you ask them to make a chocolate strawberry or any other combination of shake with the flavors on hand, they can.

I eat here like twice a week. The teriyaki burger with cheese is quite delicious. Fries are standard. Staff is helpful and courteous. Restaurant is clean. Lots of seating. I need to try more of their food options. But I love their burgers.

My favorite place for burgers & fries (& onion rings)! At most other places I usually wont get a burger, but I could eat The Habits charburgers every day. The Teriyaki Char is my favorite. Also, theres a Pokestop. So... you know.

I love this place, its like inn n out, but a little nicer. Prices are reasonable and everything seems clean and fresh. I have tried the Santa Barbara, and its good, but I usually just go for the double char and fries.

Besides the food being awesome, their service is too. After a small misunderstanding with our order, they quickly made another order of fries and refused to let me pay for them. I will be coming back again and again.

The tapestry of flavors and expert seasoning of their burgers more than justifies the prices. About $11.50 for a meal if you get a Santa Barbara style double char meal with sourdough bread and sweet potato fries.

Ordered garden salad with albacore. I quite certain that their Albacore is not sushi grade. Albacore was not cooked. Asked for avocado on the salad. Avocada is green. I would say experience is 2 thumbs down.

I think everyone that enjoys a burger should try this place out at least once. Its hard to compare them to anyone else because they are different. If you love five guys or smash burger youll love this place too!

Habit burger has good food but often times when my family goes in there they arent able to stay on top of how much ice they have in the soda machine so they run out and then customers have to wait for it.

Very tasty! My burger had that homemade fresh taste, and the fries were very good. It wasnt fabulous food, but it was definitely good and at a great price. Id be interested to taste their other fare :)

Dry burgers, thin on the toppings, okay fries- the best part was the strawberry limeade. At $10 for a double burger with a little boat of fries and a drink, Id go to Five Guys instead, every time.

The food is excellent, freshly prepared, and it doesnt take long to reach you. The price is better than most burger joints too. Too bad I live 3 1/2 hours away or I would be there weekly.
