I have no complaints about the food. I love their burgers and their fries. I do have to give them a low customer service rating though. One night I decided to try their Android app to order out. After going through the whole order, the app told me that the order did not go through and there was some kind of problem. I ended just going and getting food and gave up. (This was on a Saturday night) What a surprise on Monday morning when there was a charge for $25.08 on my card from Five Guys. I called the store and explained the situation and they told me they couldnt help me that I would have to go through corporate. I followed up with corporate with an e-mail. No one has even bothered to get back to me. I guess I will have to give up the good food since they have not been fair in returning my money.

Five guys makes exceptional food, at exceptional quality. Their hot dogs and hamburgers are mouthwatering to small and look at. They miss the fifth star for two reasons, they take a long time to get food out and the place isnt always the cleanest, plus its not safe for people with peanut allergies. But other than that, this place is a quality place to eat at any time of day!

Hamburgers and fries are good. Service was friendly and pretty quick. Holy cow, is this place expensive! Wife and I almost left, when we saw the prices, but we wanted to try it out. We both hear how good this place is. Like I said, food is good, but not $25 for two good. We probably wont be going back based on prices.

I thought it was over priced and the burgers were nasty! i base a lot of my visits to restaurants on fries and theirs were bland and too thick for me. Id rather eat some of wendys frozen, bland crap. i definitely wont be going back any time soon, especially not to pay too much for something I wont like.

The customer service at this location is terrible. To the managers: Learn to OWN UP to your mistakes when you make them!!!!!!!!!!! Empathize with your customers. WE KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS, A$$HOLES. WE make your paychecks! Learn to treat us with respect.

Thank God they finally came out here. Comparing these guys to in and out is a terrible comparisson. They are nationally recognized, make their burgers from hand and have a huge fry that can fill up to three people. Awesome food. Unbeatable!

Hands down the best Burger in Salt Lake! Make sure you add the BBQ sauce to make it a 5 star meal. Also, the fries are super addicting. We make it our Friday cheat day, always look forward to a great experience!

This is my favorite place for burgers. Im never disappointed. Good portion size, juicy, great flavor. The french fries are good too, as well as their fry sauce. Excellent service.
